Parking is relatively easy and accessible. Definitely limited during busy hours, it is situated in a large parking lot with plenty of availability despite having to walk a little bit. Staff are friendly, and the gym has plenty of amenities. The equipment is solid, but is sometimes difficult finding dumbbells and getting access to certain pieces of equipment during busy hours. I have never run into a shortage of cardio equipment though.
Cleanliness really drags down the entire facility. This is probably one of most poorly maintained 24 Hour Fitness facilities I have been to. Sinks and hand dryers are constantly out of order and never seem to get fixed. Soap dispensers are constantly empty. Urine around the toilet, I understand - happens everywhere - but when I have to walk through a small puddle of urine before even reaching the urinal, we have a problem.

I'm gonna have to change my review from a 4 star to a 5 star. With customer service like this at this particular location, I can't short change them with just 4 stars. They really listen to their members and try to make every member have a positive experience at the gym. I haven't found that anywhere else, except for here.

24 Hour Fitness in City Of Industry is a state of the art gym as compared to other 24 Hour Fitness facilities around the area. For starters, this gym feels big, and well ventilated. Upon entering the gym I immediately noticed the high ceiling levels which immediately feels more spacious. This gym has a lot of equipment including a mini grass track for training. Even with all the extra gym equipment it does not feel like a hazard. It has multiple training squat racks, and it is well lit. The Men's room could use more up keeping but overall awesome gym.

24 hour fitness puente hills members are disgusting. They spit all over the edge of the pool and all over the patio. Dont they have any self respect ?

Great gym the staff are nice and friendly. The area is usually very clean and they have a wide range of equipment to use. It is the cheaper option than the 40 dollar 24 hour fitness on Amar. The trainers are great and truly support you and even check in after you finish training.

Why so many haters? This is the local neighborhood gym for Pomona/Walnut residents. This is the best non-supersport 24 has to offer. This gym is dope. Fairly new equipment and some fine females here. Get yo fitness on!

They've got everything except a basketball court. Personally the AstroTurf needs to go and instead put some more machines because this gym is always crowded even at 1030 pm. The machines are in good working order and kept clean. They have weight lifting machines, cardio, and a swimming pool.

Wonderful gym with friendly staff. I've been here for about a decade I love it. However I never use their bathrooms it needs more maintenance.

Compact location, but open, spacious, and uncrowded on the Sunday I visited.
Staffing was both friendly and helpful.

Bathrooms and whirlpool need to be cleaned on schedule and not on demand. They do get quite filthy at times.

If you come here at night around 9~10, there is always a homeless lady wearing a purple t-shirt coming in to pick up empty water bottle.
people are working out and we are breathing hard. When this lady walk by you, you have to hold your breath for 10+ second just to wait until the odor smell disrepair.
I really don't mind and I understand people have to do things to get $$ for living.
If the Gym really care about them, they should collect all the empty water bottle and let her pick it up out side.
the only thing I would never use is the spa at this gym.
the spa actually close down for a week because of how the people use it.
you will see this group of elder people hang out in this spa.
the main problem is they never clear themselves before they jump in.
time to time they even wear their shoes into the spa.
BTW, the "NO Shoes" sign is just a decoration, no one cares about it.

Lady shower area the light fixture has been broken over three month what kind of parts is so difficult to order it take this long to repair this facility seem no manager even members make complain . clean people always only work at Exercise floor but most never see them clean up shower and locker area

The actual gym itself is fairly nice, with a clean, sleek feel, functioning machines, and helpful staff.
The locker rooms are okay, but the showers have a bizarre smell akin to sewage. The bathroom is somewhat less-than-clean as well.
The clientele is particularly inconsiderate and, well, what the kids call ghetto.
Overall, it's not a total nightmare or anything, but I wish I lived closer to a better one.

Recently repurchased my membership to 24 hr since I started taking the gym more seriously. I'm frankly very disappointed in this place. I use to go here when it first opened and it was an amazing gym everything brand new, clean and tons of equipment. I was shocked when I revisited this location. It is so disgusting, I wanted to leave the moment I got in. Not only was it packed, but it smelled, the bathrooms were not clean, and I had naked old people drying their butts with the hand dryer. However, the most disappointing thing was that they got rid of tons of equipment and put a stupid turf mat in the middle of the gym. Why, its not a super sport and this takes up vital room for more equipment. People can do those type of exercises in the studio, thats what I use to do. Overall, very disappointed in this gym, it is poorly kept up, not clean, smells, and too crowded due to lack of equipment. Since 24 hour is a more expensive gym option you think they would keep it up better! I'm sad cause this gym was my favorite spot about 4 years ago. My what time can do.

Today went to this gym already pump up drank pre workout and end up not letting me in cause of late payment which my banks fault of a issue but all I ask is for today cause of the effect of the supplement I took. So unprofessional of that one cocaine looking putah with a blonde hair she a big B. Don't know the feel of coming to the gym with a pure motivation of working my self out.
Just want to let this shut out cause literally I'm shaking while typing this message

Used my membership for a year to help recover from an auto accident. I spent most of my time in the pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was broken for 2 months which is unacceptable. Should only be down a week at the most. The pool was kinda sketch. Always has green mold on the tiles, not much but being a previous pool owner, I would have treated and cleaned. The staff is attentive and very helpful.
