Not 24 hours:
1. Closes at midnight not 24 hours.
2. No towel service but yet calls its self a super sport.
3. SAUNA CLOSES AT 10:30PM (WOW)
4. Very dissatisfied with 24 hour fitness. I remember when they where the king of gyms.
Very clean location but not a super sport. I'm most likely going to switch to LA Fitness.

Staff was very friendly and the facilities were great and clean. Lifted some good numbers and flew back to TX. Ill come here again next time I am in town.

Ownership here would benefit tremendously by fully using the world gym facilities and truly experiencing what it's like for its members to go through both the price hike, and the degradation of the facilities simultaneously. It would seem that today they have no concept of the user experience they're providing and what local competitors are offering. It's almost like they're trying to be just marginally better than a 24hour fitness while charging the price of a premium facility.

Horrible customer service. The people at the front dest including the manager were extremely rude and were not willing to be helpful at all. Not sure how this place has good reviews. A couple people from our family are members and the rest of us tried to use a 3 day pass but couldn't because we are from out of town and tried to charge us a person $25. Very displeased with how my family and I were treated.

Costa gainz. Love everything about this gym till they bolted the Breakaway rims in the basketball court. Other than that great facility

Always great treatment from the staff and very clean. Gets really busy at times where there are waits for certain things but never bothers me much, I just adjust what times I go. Fantastic gym and worth every penny.

This is a very good Super Sport location. I like the cardio machines, the basketball court, racquetball court and ease of parking. The biggest downside to the gym is the weight room. It is a workout alone to get to since it is like 40 feet above the cardio area. The second downside is the pool is small and not the cleanest.

The good is that the gym is spacious and offers a lot of inclusive amenities. The bad is that the gym's maintenance ranges from decent to nonexistent (I've been in on Sundays where the towel bin is overflowing in the locker rooms and elsewhere) and there's no policy against people surfing on their phones when using machines. For as much as I'm spending on my membership, I would expect more out of this facility.

I love this location! Yes it's difficult to find if you're going for the first time. They offer towels, and it's COOL! I live in Irvine and almost everyone I've gone to smells like body odor and the A/C and air do not circulate and I'm sorry but that's gross! The other locations bathrooms are NASTY!! WOMEN get it together!!! However at this location The restrooms are clean which is again a Bonus! I have gone early at 4:00 am and at 4:00 pm. I never have a problem finding a machine to use I stick to the cardio machines though.The only thing I could say negative about this location is that the lockers are locked and not reset for others to use, I honestly think that people need a large sign on how to use!
Can I just add with flu & Cold season upon us, please don't work out while you're sick! My friend and I witnessed someone drooling literally because she was so stuffy.. she didn't clean the machine. Clean your machine each time.. Hope this helps!

I went here because they had towel service. However their showers were broken. People just hanging out in locker rooms and no greeting from the staff. Oh and good luck finding the entrance

Filthy filthy filthy. So it's pretty saddening. I signed up for this Gym at a higher rate from the 24hr. Gym across the street because that gym became foul. This place may be vacuumed regularly but the weights and equipment are so caked with grime. I dare anybody who goes to this facility regularly to take a white towel from the front desk spray it lightly with sanitizer ( if they dont forget to refill them per usual) walk upstairs to any of the 6 barbell bench racks and wipe from left to right. You will absolutely be revolted as your perfectly white towel turns a gross gray from all the filth.
