One of the worst 24 hour fitness. Can't believe how unprofessional the manager and the sales person is. He lied by telling that it is possible to have 3 months membership without having to pay extra because he can freeze the account when I want. This was later found to be untrue and I made a mistake by believing what he said - signing the year long agreement (which I realized later). The manager was not at all helpful and he didn't seemed interested in helping with this issue. Just to make that extra money (on commission) by cheating, the manager didn't want to accept his salesman's mistake. Stay away from this 24 hour location, I would rather go to another location or another gym franchise altogether.
Today was my first time at this gym, i was greeted by a really nice gentleman .
Thank you Antonio Smith for all your help ,
Great customer service, amazing personality and extremely helpful.
Good gym, looks clean. Has good equipment and weights are in order.
I love this 24 hour fitness. Not only are the people who work here awesome, but the people who work out here are all super nice. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging. If you are new to fitness I would tell you this is the gym for you. Great place to start your journey!
There's been SEVERAL recent break ins in the locker room. Management needs to put a stop to this quickly. Have the staff frequent the locker rooms. Enforce everyone to check in when they enter. Keep an eye out for suspicious activity. Otherwise mostly good experience with the staff, equipment and everything else.
This is my go to gym. Great gym, great location, and great machines. The only thing I wish they can work on is cleaning the bathrooms all the time. They're always a mess.

You have to wait 3 weeks before you get a refund even though they put your account on hold. They wanted to charge me $10 a month for the 2 months to freeze, but since I threatened with closing my account altogether they were able to take that off because I hurt my back.

This is not my primary gym; however, this place sucks! Very crappy equipments and atmosphere. Also this place is not tidy at all.

If you had asked me 6 months ago I would have told you not to join the 24 Hour Fitness. However after about a six month lay off from going there it's improved vastly. In the past the music they played was very very loud. It was always overcrowded and the people that we're going to do the aerobics would sit on the workout machines for about half an hour waiting to go into the aerobics and the staff would do nothing about it, also there was a lot of shouting and swearing going on around you... However I went back to working out three weeks ago and it was a pleasure to be back. It was not as crowded not as many people crammed into the facility the people that were there seem to genuinely go there to work out and enjoy it. I don't know when the change occurred but I am very glad that it did.

I just go to get a good pump, hit the pool & cardio, and this gym also gets the job done.

Honestly I left the small fitness 19 on la Sierra because of the whole cross fit or boot camp thing they were doing. For being small it was ok before they started taking up space for the dang classes. It's small enough as it is. Went there for yrs. Tried this place mainly because it's open 24 hours. It's funny to see all these ppl showing off there boxing skills on the turf in the early mornings. We get it ur tuff. Lmao. Also when ppl use the cables right in front of the cardio machines and then flex OMG I'm dying inside. I swear there was this one dude who would do a set and flex facing the cardio machines. OMG. a lot of meat heads with big bellies walking around flexing just cuse they got decent biceps. Using the pool and such during the day, forget about it . There was this one big overweight dude standing and gagking at ppl threw the diamond shaped window almost as if searching for prey. Weird. At night it's dead wich is perfect for me. No having to wait for a machine or waiting for some dude to do the same exercise 20 times with no weight increase or decrease. Can u say plateau. If u reaaly wanna save money don't let them scam u with memberships and deposits and telling u that they can hold ur "special deal" if u put $10 dollars to save it and such. This one guy that was helping me tried to pull the o let me get my manager to close u out trick after he went inn to look up the cost of a memeberahip for me. Mind u I never gave him my personal info since I flat out told him I was just looking and wasn't ready to make a dicision. He still went for the let me get my manager card. Then I have to explain why I'm not ready all over again to the manager and get told how great of a deal it is and even if I wanted to try it out for free for that day. I was like sorry thank u for ur time. I know the scams and it's sad they work for commission sometimes. THE BEST THING TO DO IS GO TO COSTCO AND GET UR SELF A MEMBERSHIP THERE. $400 FLAT FOR 2 YRS. That's about $16.50 a month for 2 yrs. I know a lot of ppl will have controversy of what I have written but I'm a realist. I tell it how it is. Just saying.
Can't wait to get back to Texas they only have 24hr super sport out here and the amenities that they have at the super sports are the same amenities that they have at the sports 24-Hour Fitness in Texas the only difference out here is the 24-hour sport doesn't have wifi and they want you to pay $10 more for the Super Sport I'm like well what's offered oh just WiFi and towels lol what the hell nah
I don't usually write reviews, but I am truly shocked that a company as big as 24 Hour Fitness would blatantly scam people. To be fair, it was my fault for not reading the agreement carefully and just listened to the sales guy about "what the agreement means", but what the sales guy told me from the very beginning was absolutely misleading and borderline fraudulent.
I came in the club to try out the gym since I just recently moved to the area. On their website they offer a "free 3-day trial", so I signed up for that and took the confirmation with me to the gym. When I got there, they told me the free trial is not applicable to me because the address on my driver's license is not Corona. As I was hesitant to actually get a membership, the sales guy told me that I can "get a month for just $30 flat, cancel whenever I want, and all I have to pay is the $30 if I'm not happy with the experience". I thought $30 for a month-long trial is not too bad, and I can always cancel at the end of the month, so I signed up. As I was signing the agreement (which I later found out says the $30 is only a deposit), the guy told me "the paper is about that I agree to pay the $30". After checking out the UFC right across the freeway, I decided to sign up with UFC since it offers much better equipments and more classes.
I called 24 Hour to cancel the membership, and was informed that I need to pay both for the first month and the last month, which total to $82. Enraged, I asked for a copy of the papers I signed when I was signing up, and realized that the paper says the $82 is non-refundable and the initial $30 I paid was only a deposit, so I still need to pay the $52 remaining balance.
While it is my fault for not reading the papers clearly, I believe the way their electronic signing system was set up in an extremely misleading way so that you don't read the $82 unless you insist on seeing the entire agreement. And since that critical one is among some other forms like health risk-release, it is very easy to overlook this important detail. All of these combined with the sales person's false claims eventually led me to sign a form that contained information I was absolutely not informed of by any 24 Hour staff. I will never visit any 24 Hour Fitness again and will try my best to let as many people know about this bs as I can.
The staff is good but corporate sucks. They removed alot of cable machines to put their cross fit astroturf in so they could scam people into personal training for $$$. There is now only 2 ab machines, after they increased my yearly dues by 60%. Also to upgrade the membership to a super sport they want an extra 39.99 per month. A Law suit will soon follow.
male working sunday nights is rude n un profesional!! i been at this location 3 times with guest pass cus i want to try the gym n every time he wants me to pay $30.00 down to try the gym wich i think is stupid because thats why i have a fkn guest pass to try it n see if i like it first!!
Decent. Not too crowded, but enough malfunctioning equipment to make up for that lone compliment. Don't mean to sound bitchy or anything, but this location is about as unimpressive as they come.
They've upgraded recently. Now they have a mini football field and three new racks for power lifting. Some other new equipment as well. But my favorite thing about this location is there swimming pool is less crowded than others. Often I can get my own lane.
I just go to get a good pump, hit the pool & cardio, and this gym gets the job done. They've also recently upgraded their janitorial workers and now the men's room smells much better. Thanks.
I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received while visiting. It does take a lot to keep a business like this afloat and while making customer service your top priority, some may see this as challenging. I would definitely return as they rank high marks with me on the appearance and maintenance side.
I visited this club while in Corona over the weekend. I have nothing but great things to say. Very friendly and helpful staff, great facility, awesome basketball court, they had all the equipment needed for a full body workout. Great place. I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but I found it very nice.
