After completing 2 previous weight loss challenges from other transformation centers, I had gained all my weight back. I was surprised to find out during the TFW signup that we were only required to workout for 3 days a week, without having to surrender my facebook over for advertisement purposes, like the other programs I have previously participated in. Both the gym and class sizes are relatively small, which means you get more one on one time with the trainers, and a family-like feel. I am in my mid-thirties, but their clients embody a broad range of ages, which felt really inclusive. The environment is warm and welcoming, and you get to know everyone real quick. I was pushed and supported by my coaches, and encouraged by my peers in every class.
They also give you online access to a nutrition portal, with tons of delicious recipes to help you stay on track. There's also a Facebook group to help keep you accountable, provide community support, and get any questions answered that you might have. I really liked that they give you continued access to the Facebook group and nutrition portal, even after you've completed the challenge!
After my 6 week challenge, I'm happy to say I lost over 17 pounds and 6.9% body fat!! The program isn't just designed to help you reach your weight loss goals. Additionally, they offer monthly tips, which are presented at the beginning of each workout to integrate healthy body, mind, and spirit practices. Kian and his family are genuinely good people, and you can tell that they are invested in helping you succeed. I highly recommend TFW if you are ready to change your body, and lifestyle in general.
