Great place to start learning Pilates. Private and group lessons. I started with private and learning so much! How to control my midsection is helping me in my posture as well as over all strength. These exercises work the body give ng the muscles a more long and lean look. I was shocked how sore I became from the small movement exercises. Chelan is a very good instructor!

I want to thank Shelley and Z Pilates for helping me and encouraging me to become stronger and healthier. I have suffered neck pain resulting from a car accident 30 years ago. I have also had knee issues for years. My chiropractor suggested that I try Pilates to strengthen my core and in turn that would help my neck. I was afraid in the beginning that some of the moves would hurt me more. I was wrong. After two years and two grandchildren to lift, I am stronger than I have ever been. Shelley knows how to motivate and encourage. Even if I complain! Best thing I ever did for myself! Thanks!
