Great coaches who motivate you to hit your goals. Easy to follow meal plans. Fun but intense work outs. Love this place, worth every penny.

I've been going to private gym for years I went to the 21st Fitness late at night to meet a friend of mine and I was pretty impressed that they have free towels unlimited the place has a lot of good machines it was reasonably clean I wouldn't use the pool myself but I didn't see anything unhygienic there it's very well maintained I was really impressed $40 versus the 150 and 200 that we paying private gyms it kind of almost similar and it opens up anytime I like to work out late and I was surprised that some people there are actually working out at night and staying for. The basketball court was also very nice very vast and private

This place is awesome, not too busy and clean. They also have great customer service . The showers and the restrooms are always clean. They have many updated cardio machines and limiting room. Love this gym.

24 hour fitness but wont set up renewal for membership after 10... dont count on them letting you in ! No pride in cleaning the gym!

Do not sign up for a 3 day pass! We came here 45 minutes ago and we have been waiting to use the gym. We have been waiting for a manager to sign a piece of paper. Customer service is a joke.
So after waiting over 45 minutes the manager tried to pressure me to buy a membership without even seeing the gym. I told him no thanks just shopping. After another 10 minutes I finally got to see the gym. They do not have enough staff to keep the place clean. I won't be back. The place is a mess. Worse 24 hour fitness I ever seen. Free weights and plates all over the ground.

The restroom needs work. One urinal has been down for months. Some equipment has missing pins.

I was just blown away by the sales manager(@Michael Franklin) when I show up 1st time using the guest pass. This is a terrible gym offer an offensive customer service and experience.

A good portion of the equipment is always broken, the water tastes real funky, and the locker rooms are pretty filthy I would never shower here

Greatest gym experience! Fantastic equipment, friendly Staff and wonderful Trainers. The facility is clean and there's plenty of free parking.

I called and spoke with a sales manager named Timothy. He refused to give me a price over the phone. Insisted I go in. I was leaning more towards this gym. Not anymore

When I get there early in the morning, they are typically out of paper towels in the dispenser. The sanitizer bottles are empty. There's a computer desk near the locker rooms. There might be like 4 workers around there talking, while the clients are looking for paper towels and sanitizer. All of the workers can be seen on their phones. For a person who is a dedicated gym freak, we can tell when a machine is not working. The stairmasters are never working. Then the all-in-one machine on the second level? It's so tight in that area, like they tried to cram as many machines in there as possible. They need new management, and not some teen.

I realize Carson is as ghetto as it gets but the obese black lady who works the late evening shift is extremely rude and unprofessional. I definitely got the impression I was treated this way because I am white! Sad place that needs to be examined by the corporate office.

This gym has the worst cleaning crew. Workout late at night, most times between 11pm and 2am the cleaning crew kicks you off machines, uses rags to dust the equipment spending the dust in the air. The are rude I can go on and on. The actual employees are very nice. Let me not forget the restrooms need help

I'm a frequent user because of the location. Classes are awesome. Yes stuff does go down and it may take a minute to get back up and it can get crowded. Wish it wasn't so expensive to upgrade because I would like Pilates at our site

Great gym early morning from 2 to 6am. Some people do not put the weights back but overall a good gym. Need more leg press equipment
