none of the bikes works properly for many years. I have asked staff more than 3 times to have them fixed but it never happens. The bikes are super old and in need of replacements ASAP.

Overall, 24 Hour Fitness is a productive environment where one can better themselves without the fear of judgement, and with the support of well trained professionals. I highly recommend this place!!

24 hour sport on palomar has improved their customer services a lot within the last 5 years. It seems like they are also paying more attention to making sure that paper towels are available to clean after using the equipment, however, their cardio machines get no attention. On the second floor, there are 4/5 elliptical machines that are not working or making extremely loud noise and it's been like that for the last 6 months. I'm hoping they will pay more attention to making sure that everything is functioning properly...

I am a member of a Super Sport. I didn't notice any difference except they don't hand out towels. Very nice facility.

Good group Gabe my new trainer is very good very bright young man. This gym in comparison to some of their others needs a lot of Care on at least it's Machinery it's worn out it is a big outfit and gets a lot of use but they really need to look at some of the equipment and upgrade as needed. Staff and facility is very knowledgeable on whatever you might need there.

this club was great before it was a super sport. They raise the rate every 6 moths or so and all the new equipment that makes this place a super sport is hogged by the trainers and classes. Your increased fees supposedly go towards this new stuff but unless you sign up for the extra classes ($$$$$) you don't get to use these things....at any normal time of the day....and the front desk is rude :)

The gym itself is decent. Lots of different types of equipment to use. However... WHO WAS THE IDIOT THAT DID THE LOCKER ROOM LAYOUT?!? I don't know about the ladies locker rooms, but whatever logic was used to lay out the men's locker area is beyond absurd! All of the lockers are arranged along the walls and double-stacked , leaving a cavernous open space in the middle of the locker room large enough to hold a pick-up basketball game in there if desired! This type of locker layout pretty much guarantees that you will almost always be in someone else's way or they will be in yours. So until they fix this problem, THREE STARS!!!

The Good: The facility is fairly nice and there is quite a lot of equipment.
The Bad: This place is always over congested and you will always have to wait for machines. The parking lot also has an over flow as many times you'll be waiting for the next person to leave.
The Ugly: If you're a guy, you'll notice right when you enter the bathrooms that this is a naked grandpa's hot spot. Some of these guys I don't even enter the gym... they just hang out in their birthday suits chilling and talking... tmi

Dirty, they need to mop the floors. Using a broom does not work. And they need to sanitize the equipment once in a while; I've been going there for the past 5 years and it is truly a disappointment...the only plus is that there are 24 HR Fitness all over the place and can always get a workout.

The Club has convenient hours however to become a member people has to pay annual fee on top of all the charges? For what? I don't think its right.

Terrible customer service! If you sign a contract, please know it cannot be changed ever, and there really are no exceptions except death. Cleaning supplies are always out and they don't provide towels so that makes for a pretty dirty gym. Cardio equipment is not well maintained and is frequently broken or in poor condition and needing replacement. I have belonged to several big box gyms over the years and this one is by far the worst in terms of customer service and facility maintenance. There are so many better choices out there and I highly recommend steering clear of this gym franchise!

I usually go at night, anywhere between 8:30 pm and 11 pm, because I like an empty gym. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. The people that I've seen have all been pretty respectful of each other so it stays pretty quiet of you just like to listen to music while working out. You won't be bothered by anyone.

After years of working out and personal training there, they made me rejoin at the Supersport price which is twice as much, then promptly downgraded it back to a Sport and wouldn't make any compensation or add any time. Manager made no apologies. Not cool.

I've been a member since 2009. Very conveniently located on Palomar airport road. People can either stop in the way to work or from work and get a good workout. There is a children's play area. Swimming pool. The equipment is very clean and in good condition. Lots of group classes like Zumba cycling etc.

Never been to any of the facilities and definitely will never go now.
Received an unsolicited email and COULD NOT UNSUBSCRIBE.
Try calling these folks. They do EVERYTHING to not talk with you. Member services? Non existent. Management? The folks DOWNSTAIRS from management are not provided a number so the public can talk with them upstairs.
A real quality place they have here.
