My favorite 24 for a sport. Clean, comfortable, new equipment. Quality of the basketball runs was so-so and the pool is relatively small but it was re-modeled end of 2017 with top notch equipment and has a lot of regulars from the area. Recommended!

Gym is well equipped. Lots of different stuff to try out. Basketball court is great, and usually enough people there for a full court game. Cleanliness is what I would expect for a 24 hour gym (you can find something gross if you're that kind of person i guess). Staff was nice, I think I had the tour with Mason. He was very helpful. Kids play area has good hours.

Gym is well equipped. Lots of different stuff to try out. Basketball court is great, and usually enough people there for a full court game. Terrible. This "remodel" leaves a lot to be desired. The new crossfit area would have been better placed close to the pool. Plus, the kids done now has a cage. That's it. A cage. No chairs, no opportunity for the kids to get physically fit. Plus, the TRX area and "lighter" weights are in full view of the sales staff, and don't try to do squats there because the first thing people are going to see walking in is your behind. Depressing overall. Not a fan. I think it's time to switch to a cleaner facility.

After the remodeling, this is a REAL gym now! The Collection eat your heart out!! I can't believe how amazing it is now! Please do yourself a favor and check it out, you will be very impressed

DISGUSTING. Mold in the showers, Jacuzzi water is green, and this is nothing new. The state of cleanliness has only been getting worse over the past year. Ventura County Health Department inspector won't do anything or just doesn't care. There is little hope for this place unless corporate comes in to turn things around.
Oh staff is nice, but blames cleanliness on the nighttime cleaning crew. They promise to pass the word, but that has obviously proved useless. A lot of talk, no action.

Friendly and helpful staff. Despite reviews to the contrary, it's a very clean and well kept gym. It is a bit dated however. Additionally, the majority of it is taken up by cardio equipment and they only have 3 barbell benches.

I posted a review of this dump over a year ago and absolutely nothing has changed. It's actually gotten tons worse. It's still really dirty. I'm actually surprised the health department doesn't close it. The Ventura County Health Department must really suck ass because this place NEEDS to be closed down and cleaned up for the good health of the populace. Gross machines which are rusted by years of sweat. Trash and bandaids everywhere. Weights lying around . No weight clips . Piss all over the bathroom floors. Trash and used medication bottles in lockers. There was even a poop in the steamroom for gods sake. I might as well go workout at a homeless shelter or jail, it would be cleaner. I mean , What the hell are we paying for ? Staphylococcus infections? This place blows and it's obvious corporate does not care. I'm now going to try another new gym . If this new gym doesn't have human excrement on the floor , it will be a step up from 24hr fitness. MOST DISGUSTING GYM I've even been to BY FAR. If you value your health, don't workout here, you might get staph. I'm 100% serious , this place is about as clean as Venice beach bathroom ...

This 24 needs an upgrade, and soon. Otherwise, it's clean and the staff is great. If you're looking for a trainer, ask for Raf. He's been a big help getting me in shape and healthy.

Only reason i go is cause its close to my work and where i live. They gym is horrible it is rarely kept up to what members are paying for the membership. The gym and locker rooms are poorly maintained equipment breaks down and isnt repaired for 2 weeks at a time. I honestly would not recommend it to anyone if they had a choice to go else where i would say take it
