There is no place like Happy Hour Fitness. It is so utterly unique. This is not a part of a franchise or a chain like so many of the other gyms in the neighborhood. You don't need to join or become a member. You are never locked in to anything. People go there to work out because of the experience, not just the exercise. Yes, it is a phenomenal work-out and tailored to what you want and your level, but this is not like a boot camp or circuit training or crossfit where you go for an hour just to get your exercise. A class or a training session at Happy Hour is an experience and is just that, a happy hour!! There is a real sense of community and joy there at this small studio in a large gorgeous space that is filled with life and color and vibrancy and happiness. People gain strength and balance and flexibility and recover from injuries and all the things we all look for in going to a gym, but at Happy Hour, people also seem to find confidence and surprise and stimulation and community and support and motivation, not just from the instructors and the trainers, but from each other. It feels like family. I highly recommend checking it out.
