Love coming here anytime I have the chance. I work super early so the convenience is a huge plus. Restrooms and showers are always clean, plenty of towels and sanitizing wipes as well as maintained equipment. All at a great monthly price.
Small so no waits for equipment. Non competitive vibe. Limited grunting.seniors welcomed.
Honestly, it's a pretty expensive membership for the size of the gym, and the diversity of equipment you get, also, having one shower is sort of a problem.... after my contract is up I'm most likely switching to a bigger cheaper gym
Knowledgeable staff and excellent yoga instructor-Jewel.
Best gym ever! Is small and quite. Always has machines available. Everyone is friendly, but not "too friendly". Great vibe!

This is an outstanding gym facility. It's always clean, well equiped and many choices of apparatus for workouts. Their Tai Chi instuctor is outstanding.

Would have liked some more free weights--with only one Olympic bar rack, I could be waiting a long time if someone else is using it. Lockers would be nice too, although the cubbies are within full view of workout area and security cameras. Otherwise a nice gym; good resources and friendly staff. 24/7 access really nice, and 7-day free trial lets you see if it's a good fit.

Pros:
-Friendly and helpful trainers!
-It's a small gym so it has a nice family vibe.
-They let you freeze your account when you go on vacation!!!! (5STARS)
Cons:
-Only 1 squat rack and 1 smith machine so during peak hours you might have to wait to get your sets in.
-Expensive
-Awkward leg press machine
Overall, I would say its an awesome gym!

They never place music. If you want to do deadlifts it's an odd experience considering there's barely any room to and you have to put down mats below the bar when you use "noisy equipment." I've been lifting for years and have been to many gyms and this one was probably my least favorite.
One room with lots and lots of cardio machines, one rack, a shower, lots of machines, and free weights up to 80 or 85lbs. Another large and empty room for yoga, stretching, and whatever else you want.
Overall, it's a small gym but it makes do. You'll be waiting forever for the rack though because it's usually crowded.
I'm only giving it 4 stars because it's small and crowded. The best time to go was around 9pm when the gym was nearly empty.
Edit: Turns out they charge 10$ to bring a guest. That's just silly and brought my rating down half a star.
Best gym I've been too in a while. Small but effective. Open all day all night. Never crowded! Machines are top notch! They also have classes.
Great place but pricey.
Small fitness facility with the strength training machines, cycling, running, etc equipment plus classes plus trainers. Great place to work out.
My son joined this gymn. He has been away at college since September and we have been
unable to cancel his membership. the gymn keeps billing my credit card.
I am going to have to cancel the credit card to get rid of them which is a huge inconvenience.
Don't join this gymn. they are interested in their own profits, not your health or fitness.
