This is what you see as you use the pool, sauna, and treadmills. I have called Osha, Consumers Affairs, Public Health Dept.Sac County Health Dept, 3-1-1, 24 hr fitness corporate office, and spoken to the General Manager. In conclusion businesses are allowed to have visible mold & mildew and we the consumers have to get sick first, pay for a mold test to prove the mold and conditions of the locker rooms caused us to get sick before they will do anything about it.

Signing up at 24 hours Fitness was super easy, Logan who is one of the managers and Mady at the front desk made it so simple and fast. Their customer service was excellent, quality and honesty.

I joined 24 hour i am on the silver and fit program. My membership is free! My insurance pays for it. I love the gym! 24 hr has everything one might want. A pool, all the machines, also a spa, yoga classes and other classes also!

This review is based off of the customer service support (really, the LACK THERE OF) that 24 hour fitness has. They wrongfully charged me and when I called to request a refund they tell me it will take 7-10 business days, you wait and then nothing happens so you call and they tell you basically your reason for requesting a refund is not valid. It's a shame because I loved this gym, but my spouse and I will not be returning to 24 hour fitness due to how bad their customer service is on the phones. Do not gym here, 24 hour fitness DOES NOT VALUE ITS CUSTOMERS.

Here because of holidays... try to exchange a lock that never work, lock was purchased with the 24 hour acct that does not give any warranty sense they dont return defective Items, manager she did not even care to see me, just refuse, 20 years so my advice DONT BUY directed from gym sense they claim not to keep records, and managers will ignore even on Christmas... plus gym rules are not even in force, gym is not clean, no amenities has alot of equipment but definitely a small town mentality management gym

I workout here daily with Sunday off. Staff is very friendly and professional as well as knowledgeable. Everything anybody could want is here including pool steamroom and jacuzzi!

24hr fitness or 24hr saving?
Restrooms are dirty, no toilet seat covers pr toiler paper.
Steam room is turned off at night.
Disappointed.

They have everything here! Friendly staff. Building and equipment is a bit dated though. I especially appreciated that they had several squat racks with good quality plates.

Dirty, dirty, dirty locker rooms and gym equipment. The bathrooms rarely have both toilet seat covers and toilet paper at the same time. High turnover in staff due to drama and low low pay. Judgemental management team, you must be fit already for them to actually be nice to you. Great location, horrible, offensive management.

It is tough to get past the amount of homeless in the parking lot and the amount of drug use in that lot. Staff is friendly. I check in every time but seem to notice people that don't? Not sure why! It takes about 2 weeks for anything to be repaired. Filthy locker room and it is always filthy! Really need to add new equipment and do some needed cleaning.

Perfect place for different exercises. I found it the right place. But they don't have special care for handicaps specially for swimming. They need to facilitate handicaps with wheelchairs for the wet floors.

Vanessa was the one who helped me. And she was so understanding. I thought I would have to deal with a pushy "BUY A MEMERSHIP" person but it wasn't like that at all! I told her I was kinda grumpy and I didn't know if I wanted to switch gyms. So she didn't push me. I LIKE THAT! She let me have a 3 day pass, showed me around, and let me try it out and I think I will switch but because I want to, not because I was forced to. Good good Vanessa.

Pros: Local gym
Cons: Equipment are old, men locker room are old, watery, dirty floor. Locker theft happens all the time, make sure to bring 3 heavy duties lock.
Not enough equipment
A few staff are very nice and helpful, while the others are very rude, disrespect and will treat you like nothing. ( I was gonna sign up but I changed my mind)
Make sure you read terms carefully before you sign up. Make no mistake, These staff are highly trained sales people and will do whatever it takes, very pushy sometimes, to get you to sign up.

Creepy dopers trolling the parking lot. Busted auto glass. Trash. Men's locker room covered with body hair, water, filth. Defecation in and around pool area. Welcome to little Baghdad. I'm moving to another location.

Nice place to work out, some of the people who go there are weird and dont listen to the rules, and the staff do nothing, but its nice there plus they have wifi.

I was visiting Sacramento, and I found this location to be great. I showed up at 6am on a Thursday, and the gym was not busy at all. I pretty much had free rein in the dumbbell area, and the cardio equipment wasn't busy either. Excellent!

This place was the 24 I used to go to when I used to live in Sacramento. Surprisingly there was not a lot of people here around 830pm and that is impressive! Now this place can be sketchy and it kinda is but I've never had any problems here except with the fact that it can get dark a little bit around the parking lot area. This is not a super sport but the space is huge like one sporting full swimming pool, basketball courts, sauna, steam room, x room. The cardio area is decent and the weight room is huge and spacious. The cool thing about this 24 is it is not crowded at all so that's always a big plus.
The weight machines are outdated but it's actually not falling apart bad. The gym goers here are okay for the most part, you just have to watch for the high school kids that come here for the summer or a week before spring break thinking they are getting super ripped. Whatever diet that is, sign me up!
Bring your own towel by the way because people like to leave their sweat as a parting gift
