The 24 Hour Fitness gym is not cleaned daily and it’s filthy and dirty! Management needs to hire someone to thoroughly clean the gym daily. Members have asked management and employees for better cleaning and nothing is done. If you go LA Fitness and other 24 Hour Fitness gyms, they have people cleaning all day every day.

I had run my restaurant around this gym .
So I had worked out during my break time
2:30PM to 4:30 PM .
Sometime 11PM middle of night .
Members were very gentle and polite ,
because about 60-70% of members are
ABC or ABK or ABJ or Asian immigrants .
Clean place and equipments are easy to use for me .
Oh.
Employees were not very nice .

Visiting. Immediate greeting, welcomed. Happy older site, free parking underneath. Crowded with pleasant people of all types, shapes, sizes. Fun, alive, crowded but still workable. Classes with live teachers (older place! Still have real teachers!). Enjoyed it.

Founds roaches, bandages in pool water, brown foam in hot tub, hair all over showers. All over just felt dirty.

one of best and complete workout locations for 24 fitness. beside the workout equipments, swimming pool, sauna, stream room and jacuzzi are exceptional.

The officer discovered an unknown suspect(s) smashed the rear right passenger windows of two vehicles. The suspect(s) stole a diaper bag and wallet from one vehicle and a purse

This place is clean, has good equipment, and is a nice facility. The front desk check-in is quick and they are super friendly. They have every kind of cardio you would want and expect in a gym. The locker rooms were clean and well-kept. They keep the paper towel machines stocked and everything was in good, working order. I'll go back when I'm in the area. Oh and a nice parking garage so your car isn't stiflingly hot when you get out of the gym!

Wow horrible place. Don't recommend this place. Sales manager Monica is a joke couldn't give me a tour. On the website it specifically said guest day pass. I came with a member and the only thing she kept asking if I wanted to be added on to my friends acct. I told her NO ten times yes I counted. 24 hour fitness I can see why your gyms are hurting. I guess you get what you pay for with this little managers that aren't for the company they give customer service souly on how they feel. I guess I caught Monica on a bad day. SMH wow!

An okay gym. Upstairs has loud music which means most of the crowd is younger. Machine are mostly in good condition but mostly older. There is ample parking.

A lot of vehicle burglaries. They refuse to use private security on-site. When I talked to management they were misleading about how they planned to resolve the crime at their property. The health Dept. has shut down the pool many times in the past few years. They also take your finger print at check in and have no privacy policy or safeguards for this data.

I've gone to other 24 gyms and the batgrooms in this one is DISGUSTING. Women leave their dirty used tampons in the showers. Most of the showers are missing shower cutains. I think the handicap bathroom has been broken for like a year. I would not use the sauna in this facility it is also dirty. I used it once and will never use it again. Besides the women's locker room and the pool area the rest of the gym is clean. The 24hr sport in pasadena has way cleaner bathrooms and swim area.

This gym was like all the others, clean, organized. I noticed the t.vs had all different news channels which I appreciate as a political person I dont condone biased environments.
On another, more relative note, RJ signed me up at my college campus a few days before. Super helpful nice guy and the receptionist there was also very good at multitasking. Props guys, you had guests calling, walking in asking questions, and people checking in. You gave everyone attention. Everything goes noticed and appreciated, thank you! :)

Management is a joke. Not very professional and the facility it's self inst very clean . I saw scummy green stuff in the hot tube water can you say gross. Needless to say i didn't get in. They also don't have or sell locks for the lockers at this location so make sure to bring your own.

First time visitor to this facility from out of town. Visited the place on a Saturday afternoon
Bathroom could have been cleaner. Beside that I like the layout and the facility in general. Not sure about management or any other issues since I'm not a daily user of this location

Great staff motivating environment. Come here daily other then them keeping there word with construction complete dates I would say there an ace in my books.

This place is 24 hrs but couldnt enrol me at 10 pm. There staff at night isnt trainned to accept people at 10pm should advertise for 24hrs for anyone if there is limits to when you can come honestly that makes me never want to spend money here again the staff is rude un trained and rather be on the phone then helping some one they didnt even try just bassically lazy and thats odd semse its a fitmess center

Do not try to get a membership from an 24fitnes because they don't have a trained employees and they never gonna explain you about policy they have!!
$34.99 per month with 2 years contract this is what they advertise say BUT its a $34.99 annual fee and they charge me 3 months after my contract due date and i cant get my money back WHY just check the picture

They put s loit if pressure on you to sign up your family even when you say the kids won't use the facility, they still keep asking you to sign up the whole fs.ily.

Bathrooms are FILTHY. Used tampons/menstrual napkin in the bathroom. Never any soap (?!) and a serious mold build up in the bathroom. I've complained to staff about this & they said mgmt only has cleaning staff every OTHER day -- crazy for a 24 hr, high traffic gym. I only go here for convenience and b/c it's large enough so you never have to wait to use equipment. Other than that, your local Y is probably cleaner than this 24 hr fitness location.

Maybe it's about time I write a review and not just check in ;) I have been coming here for years (I live down the street) LoL.
Location is right by the new metro stop and even though that is fairly new traffic is never too bad in the area. They do have there own parking structure and it has a few levels to park on. Just like all other gyms rush hours are early in the mornings, I would say about 5-6am and again about 5-6pm if you ever have time to workout try about noon time it's really nice because it's not crowded. I get to hit the gym around noon time only during the summer due to me working for a school district so we are either off early from summer school or off for the summer ;)
Even though the staff always seems to be new or perhaps from other locations the team is always friendly and willing to help. I have never had any issue with any team member nor have I heard of problems.
I do sometimes feel like when one machine is not working then most of them start breaking down as well, but for being such a busy location they do fix them in a timely manner. So there is always machines and equipment to use either up or down stairs.
This gym does have a pool, sauna, and steam room. All of those are Co Ed so make sure to bring your bathing suits and not your birthday suits lol
Just an FYI I purchase my membership from Costco where I do have to pay for the 2 year membership up front but it does save me some money ;)

Gym is right next to the Arcadia metro station in a quiet area. Two stories with a swimming pool on the first floor and a basketball court on the second.

the locker room is the only reason it didn't get 5 stars
its filthy and hot with no privacy what so ever.....
otherwise its a great gym with all the amenities you could want.
the staff is very friendly and helpful and its just off the gold line on the Arcadia stop. very convenient. there beverage section is alittle pricey
its $3 for a gatoraide but right down the road at 7-11 its 2 for $3.
not a ton of stretching space upstairs but plenty of machines and equipment.

This is probably my favorite 24 in the area. The facility is fairly clean and roomy. I can't speak for the saunas or pool, however. The best part about this place is that they're the only place I've seen with so many squat racks. They know what their members want.

Not so good. If your like me and enjoy the aqua class this gym canceled there class on Saturday. I'm going to check out la fitness they have classes everyday. I hope they get there stuff worked out because I do like the 24hour. Thanks
