My complain letter to the company .

To whom it may concern:
I have complained to 3 managers at Arcadia gym about the issue witch concern everyone' health both staffs and customers a month ago.
The employee always vacuum the room, floor and cardio cinema at rush hour during the day when we, the customers are working out or running. I had to walked away when they clean the air duct one time! I suggested to 3 managers to switch cleaning time to opening or closing hour,or use wed mop to clean the mat in cardio room but they continue ignore my request.
The employee was so rude and not willing to cooperate when I request him to stop vacuum, he ignore my request and kept going until I unplugged the vacuum. The employee said," many customers complain the same thing, but the manager always ask him to do it."
Sounds like his job is to please manager and keep his job not to serve the customers. After that they continue vacuum the floor when clients are present during the day.
I believe as a customer, we all paying membership at your health club and expecting a healthy environment and satisfying service which this Arcadia location all failed. The dust from cleaning residue and unsealed vacuum can cause serious health issue, allergy reaction, asthma attack, even lungs infection...
If you are not gonna make correction or change, I will pursue legal action to protect customers right.
