Absolute best customer service I've ever experienced and the quality of their products is unmatched. Their LED hoops last up to 100hrs and the batteries are removable and rechargeable! They're so balanced and lightweight too! HIGHLY recommend SuperHooper for all your hoop needs.

I have become pretty close with Melissa and Tony over the last year. I met Melissa at a show where I admired her hooping and I was still a beginner. Since then I make it to her weekly hoop jams as much as I can and I have ordered several hoops from her so far. She has skyrocketed my hooping skills more than I could have ever imagined. I always come with things I want to learn and she will work with me through it until I get it. I have gone from my 36" hoop now to minis and learning how to spin poi on the hoops (as well as regular poi). I ordered a custom 36" LED last year which was BEAUTIFUL. The colors were amazing, it was perfectly balanced and very durable. I took it to Nocturnal Wonderland and I got many compliments on it. If you are looking for a welcoming place where you can be yourself, relieve stress and learn how to hoop this is the place to be. Superhooper has become a sanctuary for me to go and relieve my stress and be one with my hoop.

When we talked on the phone, Melissa took her time to learn about my exact needs and desires in terms of what hoop would be right for me. Melissa explained the pros and cons for the different hoop thicknesses and hoop size. It was also very helpful that Melissa shared from her own hooping experiences.
When we got off the phone, I felt 100% comfortable with the hoop choice that was perfect for me. Talking to Melissa also reminded me about why I love hooping so much... Yes, of course, learning nee tricks and getting mad hooping skillz is great, but hooping really is about the community of amazing magical hoopers.

Update: Melissa also told me that she dyes her own polypro hoops and then wraps them with tape so youcan get a hoop that is absolutely unique and special. I will definitely keep that in mind for my Birthday!

They are adventurous pioneers , keeping up in trending style of ideas in community by adding their own art hoop brand flare and silliness into each of their unique events, posts, and hoop products. My 28" Carnival Hoop from 2014 from them has held up in 2016 in far better shape and condition than my other LEDs, and it doesn't even have a safe seal coat of clear tape on it! Talk about care for your art craft, regardless if on or offline. Its just quality.
4) LEDs of this careful craft are even-weight, light, fun in day or night with color consideration, and they achieve more usefulness in versatility and look throughout the day to night with their breathtaking art-deco flare than a normal practice day hoop or standard LED could.

SuperHooper is Amazing!! They have their very own hoop shop where I can have my hoops make right there on the spot! They have all size tubing and tape and even hold workshops there :) I bought an LED hoop 2 years ago and it is still so beautiful and works perfectly.
