I just discovered this lovely yoga studio and am enjoying it immensely. From the interesting class descriptions to the friendly front desk staff to the wonderful, teachers. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked, they offer childcare and the parking is great.... more

I enjoy working out at Core Reform because I get to de-stress. The workout is hard, I get stretched out, I like the music, and it's easy to get to. I feel like this is the only program that doesn't hurt my back and still give me a solid workout.... more

Wow this place really blew me out of the water! I am new to cycling but with the amazing friendly atmosphere, the disco feel to the inside, and the amazing music I will be coming back much more often! They make cycling fun and offer everything you need to be comfortable including ear plugs if you think the music is too loud and a eucalyptus towel at the end.... more

Grant is an amazing person and coach! I am a powerlifter from Brazil and met him at a Starting Strength Seminar. After that, I went to Strength Co. and he welcomed me, let me watch a few classes, answered my questions and even gave me coffee and a t-shirt! Also, his gym has a great system and all the equipment needed to be healthier and stronger! Highly recommend!.... more

Had to get a refund. The facility is not kid friendly, not welcoming. Chuck told me to bring my kid somewhere else, and to bring him back when he's less inspired. Never would recommend this place.... more
