Let me start by saying this is a nice facility. My daughter very much enjoyed her summer camp experience. With that said, the customer service here leaves a lot to be desired. It's impossible to reach the person you actually need to speak with regarding accounts. I've been given nothing but the run around for 4 months about a passed due account. Come to find out, they are charging me for a week of summer camp, when the camp was not actually in session. I can't get one person to answer any questions about this, instead have gotten emails threatening to suspend my account if I don't pay. This kind of customer service really makes me question whether or not I want to be a member of this club. It's rather unfortunate. UPDATE: Charlie was great! He really saved this experience and I'm grateful because this is a nice facility and we can't wait to become members.
