Phyllis' heart is all about empowering people through personal fitness inside and out. She has such a vivacious personality -- wonderful for encouraging and you can't help but feel important and special having her as a mentor. Definitely a wonderful program and person to incorporate in your life.

Had great success with weight loss, atmosphere is great and very professional. I referred several others after being asked what was I doing to look so great, and they too have lost weight. Thanks to Mrs. Phyl I have a life changing experience. I know now the right foods to eat right and I continue my work outs at Carousel Fit-4-Life because my health is very important.

Wow, I had an opportunity to be apart of the Carousel Fitness Center. It bless me so to be able to receive so many results in a short period of time. It's a place you must go to, it's unique, and professional.
