I always get a good workout here, spacious locker room, good showers, sauna room, racket ball, etc etc

Nice center with friendly staff. Lots of room. Big suana and locker rooms.

Love this place!!! It has everything and then some!!! All sorts of (last model) equipment, different areas, 2 sports courts, fitness classes, even sauna!!!!! If you are there, it's so worth to go in for a work out... Go for it!!

I absolutely enjoyed the environment here. As a visiting National Guard member taking a course for work you do not often have the luxury of nice work out equipment. This place is a A+.

Has a decent bodybuilding machine selection. Can be crowded at times. Core room. Cardio room. Basketball/team sport area. Group fitness area. Sauna. Nice bathrooms. Not good for crossfit.
