I am a yogi but I started doing Crossfit with Mike in January and I haven't stopped! I go three times a week and do yoga 5 times a week and have never felt better. I suffer from depression and this mix is really helping me.... more
Great gym! Lots of equipment options. The only downside are the Neanderthals that throw their dumbbells on the ground when the sign clearly states not to do so.. They have the best selection of workout equipment.... more
Great gym for a reasonable price . Creative setters and lots of workout equipment. Also is typically nice and peaceful in the mornings if you're a member, which is nice for those that prefer a less social setting for gym sessions.... more

Great facility and a lot to do inside!. Membership tried billing me for months after I left and was unresponsive with no care and wouldnt stop till I reported it to my bank. Never even responded.... more
Love this Gym /Club lots of equipment ,space , privacy , and very very nice personnel ! almost like a private cub in the mornings ! and i can blend in with the age group of the members who motivate me just by seeing them ! A+++ If your looking for flash and big egos this is not for you ,.... more

Love the staff. Like to work out in the smaller room.. Well the YMCA has managed to turn a descent club into a cut rate, no frills pile of horse pucky. My advise to Litehouse is Stop attaching your name to this dreg of a company .... more
Always friendly and someone is always willing to help you. There is no pressure from any of the staff to buy. The clothing that I bought a few years ago still looks great - the clothing I've bought more recently are not wearing as well?... more

Friendly neighbors in a safe, convenient location. We had planned to stay 5 nights, making a 6 week in advance resevation. On our next trip out our motorhome had heating problems and we had trouble finding a facility to take it before our reservations, so we had to cancel.... more
Went to adult recess, was not as advertised. No alcohol, only 3 activities were open and only got a $10 refund. So disappointing!... more
