I love attending hot power yoga at Session. I feel like the classes are challenging and make me feel like I got a good strength workout, but I also leave very relaxed. Whether I am attending after a stressful day, because I want a workout, or because I feel sore and need to do yoga, I get a lot out of the class.... more

Great gym for a reasonable price . Creative setters and lots of workout equipment. Also is typically nice and peaceful in the mornings if you're a member, which is nice for those that prefer a less social setting for gym sessions.... more
I go to yoga Oasis regularly and greatly appreciate the yoga hours. We did a New year's Eve class with Barb. It was packed and everyone was in a great mood. Great class with some tough core work and a few arm balances thrown in.... more
