I love attending hot power yoga at Session. I feel like the classes are challenging and make me feel like I got a good strength workout, but I also leave very relaxed. I was in Tucson for a week and dropped into Crossfit Milo multiple days. The owners were very welcoming, the workouts were varied and challenging, and the space was cool. The abundance of class times and open gym hours made it easy to fit in a workout while also working long days.... more

This gym runs very unethical practices and competitions. There are no certified personal trainers at this gym and the owner engages in very unethical practices that include providing uninformed and ignorant recommendations to injured clients.... more

Beautiful, well equipped studio with knowledgeable teachers. Group classes are a great way to begin or, in my case, return to the practice of Pilates.. This is by far the best version of pilates I've ever done and my very favorite studio in Tucson.... more
