I just signed up to this gym 2 months ago and I really don't have too much to complain about.. I love Chuze fitness and my loyalty now belongs to you!!! I'm happy to pay 30 dollars a month for everything that I get.. I love the hydro massage and the staff here is really cool I like them all... The only thing that I wish this gym had is sauna and steam room!!! Can you guys please add that to this gym and I will die happy!!!???
THE BEST Chuze in town. I went to the one on Oracle and the workers were down right rude. The employees at the Chuze on 22nd and Kolb are friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful. I live clear across town but always go to this Chuze specifically because their customer service is so great.

Best Gym in town hands down, great staff members always helpful and motivated. Clean and friendly I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a gym to attend.
I showed up early to attend Zumba class. I was in line but the gentleman in the front desk could not find me in the system. I was then asked to fill out the electronic paperwork only to be told after completing the form by another lady in the front desk that the class is now full. I get a "sorry". I drove here passing thru heavy traffic because of construction! Sorry's not going to cut it. I'm furious! This just reminds me why I didn't sign up for membership in this gym years back. I told them they just wasted my time. I hope I don't ever get a call from you offering membership.

I chose Chuze because out of all the gyms I went to visit to get a membership, Chuze made sure I looked at other gyms, had a tour, and was absolutely sure about my decision. In no way, had I ever felt pressured to join or ever received obnoxious phone calls about memberships.
The gym is super clean, everyone I had met, staff and non staff, were friendly, and such a good gym e perimeter over all
Great place to workout, have all machines possible, free wieghts are lacking , great equipment.
Aggressive, poor management. This group is polite but ready to abuse customers. Customers beware, nice price, sad deal.

$1 sign up/12 month contract/$50 cancellation fee. Paid $30 monthly for the premium membership plus childcare. Stay at home mom and I wanted some time to workout for myself
I went for a total maybe 3 months.. Each time no more than 20 minutes into a workout due to workers coming to get me, they didn't want to watch my son. I'm an experienced childcare worker and know my position is important so parents can have time for themselves and I know most kids will come in crying or have special needs and it's my job to help them cope and feel welcomed. I feel The workers didn't want to help my son feel welcomed, either from lack of training, no experience or laziness. I paid the $50 cancellation fee cause I couldn't use the gym for $30 month, and I'm not one to make a scene. I really wanted to like this place for location and cleanliness but want nothing to do with this gym. It Didn't work for me.
The guy at the front desk a curly head dark skinned is rude !!!! He finds any excuse to not let customers workout ! Like he oend the place , but funny thing is that I went to the other location on Grant and the manager and front desk said ok u can take care if it next time no worries ....HAVE A GOOD WORKOUT !!!!!SO WHY IS IT SO HARD FOR THAT RUDE guy on 22nd to do that ???!!!! I wouldn't RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION. ILL MAKE SURE I TELL ALL FRIENDS TOO....
Great facility. Always clean. The staff are friendly and always helpful. Lots of equipment/machines plus a free weight section. What I like about this gym is that if you're not in great shape nobody treats you differently and there's no need to feel embarrassed or intimidated. They also have lots of extras, such as hydro-massage, child care, tanning, etc. I also like the mobile app and that you earn points for workouts, checking in, and they also have contests where you can earn points. The points can be redeemed for workout gear, water, or even for free months of membership!
Love the atmosphere when I come to workout. I bring my 3 kiddos (4,2 and 6 months) and they love it! They love the staff and being able to go play/exercise while I'm getting my me time and working on my body. Always clean, always friendly.
I've been coming here a few months and so far I think it's the best thing I've done for myself in years. Elizabeth's Zumba class is so friendly and welcoming that I actually hate missing any of them. I have a knee injury, so I make my own modifications and just keep moving, and no one judges. I've lost 12 lbs so far, and don't get winded going up a flight of stairs anymore. I do minimal weight lifting but the equipment is clean and there's always something I can use, though there are limited free weight sets.
My son is special needs and after a trial run, he seemed to take to the staff in the kid's club fairly well. As with any area full of small children, you do have to remember to use hand sanitizer after every visit (which they have at the counter), as he's picked up a bug there even though the toys look decent. Overall though, the staff has really been amazing with him and even tell me all about behavioral breakthroughs he occasionally has.
For my money, we couldn't have found a better, more caring staff. The people who are complaining about the contracts have no excuse. They explain everything before you sign like 3 times and offer alternatives if you're unsure. I paid 10 dollars for a 1 time trial run for the kids club to make sure before committing to a monthly fee, and I could have done that more than once if it hadn't gone well. Ask questions and read before you sign anything people.
It's a great location. Would be a five-star for me with a jacuzzi and/or a pool. Love the hydro massage. The price is the best.

Been coming to this location for over 5 years on and off. I've been to other gyms in the area, platinum and LA but I keep coming back to chuze. Must be the staff and management, no other gym in town is doing what they do. The staff are courteous, the facility is clean, and the equipment works. Oh, and you can't beat the prices.
