The staff is amazing, they greet you by name and treat you like your a paying customer. The environment is very clean. The classes are fun. I loved the free weights the machines are really cool. You really get a bang for your buck. Im on day 7 of my trail and I've found my new gym.
Best money I ever spent. The equipment and facilities are new, top notch and ultra clean. No matter your level of fitness - they have you covered. I really enjoy working out in the movie theater, time flies when the movie is good. The steam room and spa is a nice treat when your workout is completed. Staff is friendly and plentiful.
Not sure if there are words to do it justice regarding how much I love this place. As a mom of three boys who are very young this is like heaven. childcare is not expensive and clean and safe. All the people who work there are friendly not only in the child care place but at the front desk. Everyone is exceptionally nice. To the point that it actually puts me in a better mood because I'm usually pretty down on myself when I walk in the door because I have so much work to do and I'm seeing little progress in the beginning. Smoothie desk. Hydro massage. Affordability. Extremely clean everything. Like super clean. Good music. I could go on and on. I love this place so much!
I love this gym but I am having a problem with my Chuze Rewards. I called the Grant location but no one answered at 10 am and it said the mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. I have spoken to the front desk in person several times and they told me they would pass on my issue. My issue is that I referred 4 people and want to use my reward points but cannot log in as it does not recognize my email mail, even though I have received correspondence from chuze at this e mail. I am told it's an issue with the rewards department. I'm super happy with Chuze and I highly recommend this gym and will continue to do so. Maybe somebody can pass this on to the correct desk. Katkatherinefromak@yahoo. Addendum: I want everyone to know as soon as management found out about the issues I was having they took action and my issues are being resolved.

If you like traditional gyms and lifting heavy this is not the place for you , I use it to do my. High reps workout here, no free weights and only smith machines are avaliable

The facility is always sparkling clean and the staff are SO friendly. Everyone at this gym is nice. Chuze is a family.

Great workout enviornment, staff always helpful and friendly! So much respurces for workout like mats, balls, weights, consultations and more!!

This is an awesome gym I'm there 3 to 5 days a week!

They have plenty of machines, the place is well kept, and the staff is friendly. But, I don't enjoy the music or all of the televisions. And I've never been comfortable in the weights area in front of/below all the cardio. It feels like being on stage.
When you use the massag or sauna the girls forget to put the timer on it's very frustrating to have to be telling them come back out and tell them again to turn on the timers that's the only thing I find a problem. They don't pay attention to putting the timer in. Too busy chatting!!

DO NOT sign up for the long-term commitment. If anything changes these folks are worse than Repo Men. No flexibility and they will chase you for every dime. Sleazy.

Great gym... the staff always takes the time to greet you when you enter. The place is always squeaky clean and never crowded.
So I have been with Chuze for almost a year now and I moved to the other side of town and there is a different gym closer to where I live (Planet fitness) and so after paying an annual fee and monthly payment for 6 months I go into cancel and they attempt to charge $50 for a cancelation fee mind you I haven't even came to this gym in 4 months yet still paying also the $40 annual fee, they completely refused to assist me with a waive of that $50 charge. I spoke to Samantha and Johnny they were completely unhelpful with this I even asked if I could just pay half said "it's just our policy". THIS IS NOT THE PLACE YOU WANT TO BE. Is $50 worth a bad review on your business ? Customer service is NOT in your interest. On a side note I ask Samantha to provide me with cooperates phone and after 20 minutes of waiting for it she just gives me a phone number which was a fax number just to get me out of her face.

I love it here. I come here later in the day to avoid the majority of the crowd and really enjoy the atmosphere. There are people of all shapes, ages, and sizes and I never feel judged. Plenty of machines and I like that you can plug in headphones to here the TV.
Nice, clean gym. Friendly staff. However, there are no free weight squat racks or bench press and the dumbbells only go up to 70 lbs. The gym will certainly serve the purpose of the casual fitness goer, but the serious weightlifter should not waste their time here.

I tried Platinum Fitness, Planet fitness, LA fitness and CHUZE is by far the best gym in Town!!! The gym is always clean, the staff is nothing but amazing and helpful. I will never ever leave them. Best decision I ever made was leaving LA fitness and coming home to Chuze.

People all of types of fitness levels attend this gym. I've never been uncomfortable doing my weights there.
