Absolutely fabulous studio and instructor.

I have been working with Melissa on and off for the last five and a half years. I went through stage 2 breast cancer and had a tough time regaining my strength as I adjusted with what they call my new normal. It is always easy to get in for a one-on-one appointments with her. She is extremely knowledgeable and empathic. She listens to what you have to say and tailors your work out experience to what best suits you.

The location is in a safe area, the interior of the building is beautifully laid out as well as functional. I would highly recommend it.

Melissa is a great Pilates instructor, willing to work with your body's strengths and limitations. She seems especially good at working with people who have particular needs, e.g. due to pregnancy, injury, physical limitations, etc. In my time taking classes with Melissa, I've been impressed by her drive to build on her already extensive knowledge about Pilates with continuing education and training in nutrition and physical activity. Her new studio offers several class options along with private one-on-ones. I've taken a few classes with one of her instructors, Nancy, who seems great too!

When I first started Pilates, I could not touch my toes, did not sit up straight and had very limited flexibility.  Since my time with Melissa, my flexibility has increased substantially and it has only been a few short months.  I can definitely see the improvements in my body and tone.
