I have been coming to The Core for two years now. Great speakers always. I learn so very much. Today I went to the Lunch and Learn presentation by Molly Griffis, RN. GREAT public speaker. So knowledgeable and passionate about health and well being, etc. Practical approach that I personally could relate to. Stress topic and how to deal or get less of it. Thank you !!! LaVon Hartrich
