I really want to love this company and have spent LOTS of money there, but between their terrible online website that won't ever load or shows items as out of stock one second and there again the next second, and the fact that they don't offer any loyal customer incentives (unlike their competitors who always offer coupons) despite the thousands of dollars I've spent there, and the fact that their stores NEVER carry anything but black in my size and often never restock, I'm forced to no longer shop there. From now on I'll be doing all my athletic wear shopping at Lucy, who gives their customers $10 every $250 they spend and has a great website and great customer service. I hope Lululemon will soon start living up to their spiritual and thoughtful brand image, and honor the customers that make them who they are.
