Always friendly and someone is always willing to help you. There is no pressure from any of the staff to buy

The clothing that I bought a few years ago still looks great - the clothing I've bought more recently are not wearing as well?

The store is extremely clean staff is knowledgeable, and they offer a great selection. Don't forget to ask about their various classes and activities.

good prices on quality clothes

i can say i dont mind spending top dollar for anything as long as its good quality and great customer service. I as many of you do as well spend a lot of money there and today i went to exchange something and was turned around with no help. This really made me think that they dont appreciate their loyal customers. Very arrogant employee

Absolutely love not only the store but the staff as well. They are friendly and helpful especially the manager, Emily and Frankie and Sam. They are all awsome. I love walking into that store and seeing their happy faces greet me.

I really want to love this company and have spent LOTS of money there, but between their terrible online website that won't ever load or shows items as out of stock one second and there again the next second, and the fact that they don't offer any loyal customer incentives (unlike their competitors who always offer coupons) despite the thousands of dollars I've spent there, and the fact that their stores NEVER carry anything but black in my size and often never restock, I'm forced to no longer shop there. From now on I'll be doing all my athletic wear shopping at Lucy, who gives their customers $10 every $250 they spend and has a great website and great customer service. I hope Lululemon will soon start living up to their spiritual and thoughtful brand image, and honor the customers that make them who they are.
