Owner and Instructor Stephanie Christensen provides a professional and nurturing atmosphere to her Clients. Highly trained and certified, Stephanie continues to expand her knowledge and passion for Pilates and brings that energy to BodyQuest. I've noticed a lot of people getting in on the Pilates game recently, so I wanted to give a shout out to BodyQuest and specifically, Stephanie, because she has been at this for years and her experience, commitment and deep knowledge of Pilates is notable in this expanding field.
