Love working out at this gym. The showers are very private which is a huge plus for me. Parking lot looks super crowded but there are always more than enough machines!

I love coming here. The only bad thing is that most people don't clean their equipment after they finish working out.

WOW! This place is AWESOME. The facility is very clean, the staff is friendly and informative. Lots of workout equipment. Showers, lockers, locker rooms, bathrooms, tanning booths were you can lay down or stand up, infared booth to help with circulation, massage chairs and beds. Classes to fit your workout regime. Open 24-7. Now what more can you ask for.

Looks like a nice club. But, no bathrooms, showers, or locker rooms. All closed off. Some sort of plumbing disaster. No notifications or signs. Can't even pee
on premises. Bummer.

So I go to this gym pretty consistently. The staff is beyond amazing, the trainer has plenty of knowledge, the facility is kept in tip top condition and there is more than enough room for you to have personal space even if there is a ton of people there. Yes, there are a lot of members there so sometimes you'll have to wait for a machine or bench but other than that, everyone minds their own business and cleans up after themselves.

Great if you dont lift heavy weight, nice updated cardio machines and weight machines. Machines were updated and all work properly. Not for somebody who lifts heavy free weights. My dad was visiting in ting for out of state and wanted to work out with me, and they wanted to charge him $20 a day to workout with with me. Or he could join, but there is no planet fitness where he lives.

Moved out of town and now getting the run around on canceling the membership. Plenty of better gyms out there. Don't do business with this place!

Not a lot of lifting equipment (lots of cardio), but very clean and good atmosphere. I never have to wait in line for a machine. Great for cardio or if you're a casual gym person.

What can I say about PF that hasn't been said 1000x before? We already know that working out hard and gains are prohibited. We already know that you will be judged for dropping free weights. We already know there are bowls of free candy at the front counter. There are some good things that should me mentioned.
The place is big, clean, and adequately cool. There are several "big ass fans" circulating the air quietly. Circulating the air. There's every cardio matching you can think of and they're never full. The gym area is 2/3 cardio equipment, which is what the average customer needs. The weight area is 3/4 machines. Very little free weights. The dumbells go up to 50 lbs. The fixes curl/straight bar set goes to 80lbs. There's also a few areas dedicated to particular workouts, like a 20 minute full body circuit and an abs area.
There are many amenities here. Large locker room and shower area. There's massage and saunas for premium members. There's also a plethora of classes and personal training to be had. And again, free candy.
It's great for the beginner and intermediate. For a proud lunkhead like myself, I just can't get over the face that there's no bench press, no squat rack, no gains. I don't need to grunt or drop and bang the weights, but a squat rack and bench press are not optional for me...a Smith machine won't cut it.
Being a gym that caters to noobs, there's not much gym etiquette here. There are 4 Smith machines and every time I need one, everybody is doing a circuit or supersetting something. EVERY TIME! I watched one guy superset incline press with lunges with alternate curls. If you're gonna hog a machine for an hour, do something effective. You can forget asking to "work in" on a machine as well. The guy looked at me like I asked him to share a bathroom stall. Also, curling in the squat rack is a sin. Curling in the Smith machine is BS. I've seen Smith machine curls more than once.
Bottom line, it's great if you're a beginner or you travel a lot (they're everywhere) or if your workout is cardio heavy. If you're a proud meathead, no. If you can bench 3 plates or squat 5, look elsewhere.

Even though you have push faucets in the restrooms. I'd like to get more than 2 seconds of water to wash my hands. Other than that... This place is great.

We use Planet Fitness a lot when traveling. This location Tucson is one of the nicest we've ever been too! Super clean, friendly staff, hair dryers, makeup mirrors, shower soap, etc.

Now this is my gym number one. I highly recommended to anybody it's clean and big. The showers and locker room are out of this planet. Congrats keep going to the staff.

I really enjoy coming to this gym. The staff is always very friendly, and the gym itself is always very clean. You do have to figure out a routine so that you're coming when it's not super busy. They offer a lot of different amenities as little perks. The monthly cost for what I have access to you is pretty impressive. I would recommend this gym to anyone interested

This place gets 2 stars more than they earned just because this gym has the most equipment and modern showers compared to the others in town. Besides that, this place is not worth coming to. The showers tonight were filthy, the crew was rude and seemed bothered by just scanning badges. This is why minimum wage should stay low because these people aren't worth the money they're paid. Avoid busy times because you won't find parking, let alone equipment. Planet fitness seems to only survive by the name they created for themselves and not because it's still a good gym to go to. The standard, "have a good workout," that I've heard at every planet fitness in the country gets old and is not personal, but you'll be lucky to even get that if they are in a conversation with another employee.

Very nice PF. The staff is friendly and helpful. Clean up to date equipment. Well organized. Clean women's locker room and showers (big shower heads, good hot water pressure) that have a dressing area attached to the shower stall, roomy and private as well as independent dressing rooms. Nice area for make up and hair with lit magnifying mirrors. Fresh flowers daily (nice touch). Filtered water machine (love that!) Definitely one of the nicest PF . Really enjoy using this location.

I was pleasantly surprised when I went in for a tour. Planet Fitness has great, clean, and new equipment. Everything is arranged to be aesthetically pleasing: organized, color coordinated, and separated by types of workouts (cardio, full body, abs, stretching, weights). I was most impressed with the showers and locker room. The showers have doors instead of your usual curtains and also, a private area to change your clothing. You can't beat the amenities that you get for the price you pay.

I have never been to a gym before. I've looked into them just never got a member ship. For months now I've been saying I want a membership. Finally went into planet fitness and the staff was helpful and friendly. They aren't really busy late at night when I go. Great place. Amazing hydro messages :) I would definitely recommend anyone here and recommend the black card membership. You won't regret it :)

of all the bad reviews i hear its not that bad here. They bring in pizza Which I am ok with because Im trying to gain weight. but I can see it as a temptation for others.

Good price and very friendly staff! I never have issues with the gym being over crowded, the facilities are clean and the machines work well. There is a positive feeling in the gym and is truly a judgment free zone! The massage chairs are a big perk! They also have tanning beds.
