The instructor is absolutely wonderful. I had been taking a few beginner classes in the city I live (just visiting Tucson), but Emily gave me so many amazing pointers I had never heard before. Great beginner class, solid foundation work. Highly recommend. The class is actually in a crossfit gym warehouse thing so make sure your dress appropriately for whatever the weather is doing.

This is the best silks/aerial yoga place ever! Emily and Mica are truly great teachers, very knowledgeable, compassionate, patient and not to mention....fun! It's a very positive and encouraging environment with good people all around. I feel this is overall an ideal and well balanced exercise tailored for many body types and fitness levels. They work with the individual to help meet everyone reach their own personal best. Superb!

I love this place. It brings out the inner child to be upside down for a minute. Emily is a patient and inspiring teacher.

This is the best silks/aerial yoga place ever! Emily and Mica are truly great teachers, very knowledgeable, compassionate, patient and not to mention....fun!
