Awesome staff, very clean due to staff cleaning and taking ownership. You are treated as a human versus a number as staff knows your name, take the time to acknowledge you......

I open remember online. After one day working out There. a lot people and not enough Work out Equipments and so I decided to cancel my Membership after 6 days. They want $50 cancellation fee.

I am writing this review after a run in with one of your team members:
Once they opened the new location, the gym became worse. They allowed so many new members that you can't get a workout in during the evening hours of the work week. They removed all of the good cycles that they had in the old cinema (which was also a team training type room) and now only have 2 in the main area.
They don't allow you to use the equipment in the 'team training' room outside of team training hours which makes absolutely zero sense (what if you can't make the team training hours due to a work schedule?).. Why was there never an issue with people using the old cycle room outside of team training (spin class) hours? The saunas are not hot like the old ones either.
It's pretty obvious that there is now a corporate initiative that is only concerned about profits. Considering a new gym now.

You say non peak hours are from 5pm to 9pm, are you kidding me? Those are the peak hours. Maybe you should count the number of check ins you get during those hours.
Nice job avoiding the use of equipment in the 'team training' room I mentioned.

Love this place, the employees are awesome! And this company actually cares about making things better the facility is always clean and taken care of and is a great positive atmosphere. Chuze has been my medicine... Recovering from back injury.. I started yoga classes and they have been awesome! Savannah's my favorite yoga instructor, try it! The only thing is that the facility can get busy..but the people mind their own and in the last 10 months going usually 5 days a week I have never had an issue with anything or anyone. Oh the new smoothie bars are awesome too!

I love the cinema!! It's so nice to watch a movie while I am on the bike. You get so involved with the movie that you excercise longer! The employees are all nice and friendly, also helpful.

This is my gym. Everyone is very nice and will help with anything they can. Love it there. Not a meat market.

This place has very poor lighting. And makes it feel like a dungeony atmosphere. I would suggest going to a gym that is not as dirty as well

Affordable month to month membership for being such a huge gym with so many machines! Staff is friendly, and are consistently cleaning the machines and making sure everything is organized. I love working out here it's so convenient for students who live around the area. Thank you for being here!

The staff AMAZING, the cleanliness of the place, top shelf!!! Pricing, great price and you get a lot for the price. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is related to their equipment. I get this isn't a "gym rat" type of gym, still, they get busy and packed and the equipment they have for lifting can be a bit limiting with so many people. It seems they could reduce the cardio equipment a bit and add a few more of the more popular lifting machines. Overall, great place so if you aren't more at home in a more hardcore type of place, this place will definitely be worth your time.

My gym. Proud of it. Basic layout. They have updated cardio equipment.the training staff is super helpful especially Randy Vasquez.
A con would be it can feel small. High times a struggle to get the exact workout you want. It makes you improvise your routine.

Staff if great but the gym is on the dirty side. The woman's bathrooms/locker room are nasty. That in itself deducts 2 stars. I am also told the men's locker room smells like a urinal. My husband says they don't seem to clean as there is urine around the toilets. Disgusting. If you want to go to a clean gym, to go the location on 22nd and Kolb. Disappointed.

I went to take a tour & was very impressed with the facility & the girl who showed me around. She also informed me on the trainers which I will need as I am disabled. The Hydrobed was pure heaven. I plan on signing up & starting next week.

Thank you for the smiles, clean, gym, fast circuit, hydro. This gym is not for the dead lifts and power lifters, etc. This is a no nonsense gym with no fru fru people. There are many shapes, sizes and ages who come here.
