What can say chuze is the best, I have gym memberships to two other big name gyms and none come close to the equipment and staff

I have been working out with Jordan for a few months now and I have really gained a lot of muscle. He is also very mindful of an old knee injury I have and to make sure that I don't push myself to hard and cause injury.
I have had great experience with all of the staff at chuze and really enjoy going to the gym.

The gym has handicapped parking available which is great for me. But the parking lot seems to run out of spaces during the weekends. The only option is to park across the street at the Fry's store.
There are 3 types of memberships available: basic, premium, and more. The basic is just basic use of the equipment. I have the premium membership which allows me to use the hydromassage bed, the tanning bed, the sauna, and allows me to attend exercise classes, visit any Chuze gym I want, and bring a guest (as a basic member) on the weekends. Quite frankly, I mainly joined to use the hydromassage bed. The more membership allows you to bring a guest whenever you wish and access to special exercise rooms. And the guest cannot use the hydromassage bed unless they pay the nominal fee.
The gym check-in can be done on your phone with an app or you can request a card to scan. Your guest will check-in on the computer. First they will create an account; which will make all their check-ins fast and easy.
This location has updated its exercise claases. They have added a Silver Sneakers class. They have a cinema which is supposed to follow a movie schedule. It's disappointing when the staff ignores the film and plays something else or forgets to start the film. It kinda makes sitting in the dark exercising alone sad.
But there are other areas to exercise. To listen to the TV's hanging above you will need a headphones that plug into the machine. There is no Bluetooth. I don't have Bluetooth anyways so I like the simplicity. I don't want to buy anything extra or get upset because my battery died. I just want to do a simple workout, get a massage, shower, and go on my way.
Overall I like the gym. It seems nice. I just wish that people wouldn't sit on equipment for over an hour watching TV or chating. I don't mind if you're using it. But you could sit on the sofa and have a conversation with your friend allowing other people to use the ab equipment.
This location does not have a kids area, a pool, or a smoothie bar. It is accessible on the ground level. However, there is a small elevated area that has ab equipment and a circuit which is only accessible with narrow stairs. There is no elevator.

I was lied to from the beginning from this location!!
My 16 yr old went there today with her aunt and sister and they would not let her in unless they can prove guardianship or she can get a membership!!
3 weeks earlier I went in and asked all these questions when I was told she can come in with any adult! Now this might just be because they wanted us to SIGN UP.??!!
Today I live over an hour away and home sick.
They call me and say " not only will they not let her in the gym but she needs to go outside"
WWHAATTTT???? Your company treats people so bad....hey let's take their money and give this 16 year old her own membership but she cant come in with family and now she cant set in the lobby so she is out of the 104 degree temp until her mom drives an hour to get her???
I don't want anything free, I'm asking only 1 thing,
At a district manager, store manager or lead-EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE ON ONE PAGE!! Print your policy and know it!

With a company so big, a clean facility and nice machines I would jump on training all the staff on all policies before more people get piss, or you get the wrong person mad!!
P.S. while I was in this location I heard the manager saying " sorry over and over to another upset customer "
Don't be sorry just know your policy and treat others as you would want your family treated!! If you would have kicked my daughter out of your building we would have had a whole other issue in our hands!!

Other than one of the managers the staff is ok. The gym needs to upgrade when it comes to free weights. Needs a real bench press. The turn around on ppl who workout here is high so new faces and attitudes vary. Not the best area in town but it's up in coming. The parking lot sucks. And don't advertise 24hrs when it's not. Every gym has it's pros n cons so I guess $20 for premium members makes it ok.

I got a membership here and they made a mistake with the billing. This lead to my payment failing to go through. The next time I went to the gym one of the front desk attendents chased me down yelling for payment. I found this to be extremely embarrassing. They said it wasn't my mistake so I can't understand why it was necessary to very publicly call me out. Another time another person chase me down because she thought I didn't sign in which I did but she didn't see because she was distracted by something else. She didn't apologize for chasing and calling after me which I felt embarrassed about. They have made me feel like I'm stealing when I've paid my membership for almost a year. I'm not sure why they shame their members but I don't think I'll stay here. If not for these unapologetic instances I'd give this place 5 stars. But I was issued no actual apology

This place is going downhill quick. It used to be very clean, not so much anymore. If you are serious about working out, this place is definitely not for you. It's gets way too packed, and a good amount of the machines are always occupied by people on their phones! This gym needs to enforce a better policy on limiting the amount of time people hog a machine to check their social media. Unless you are willing to wait 20+ minutes per machine. Go somewhere else.

I get a great workout here but dislike the childish behavior from the people that come here. I rather drive further to any other Chuze than this one cause it's like a high school atmosphere. Very negative energy in this place with the people that come workout. As for staff they are nice but overall class of people is downhill. Disapointing cause I literally live 10mins away.

Good place, signed up to work with a trainer Elvia who is great, helped me getting into a better shape. The only thing is that the gym feels a bit small and usually after 5 pm is crowded. Other than that you can always enjoyed a good workout
