Lovely trail, but if you wish to park your car at the trailhead, be prepared to park on the side of the dirt road leading to it.
Also, Google Maps may try to take you up Calle Don Monte to reach the trailhead. Don't do that unless you have a 4WD vehicle or ATV. Take Coyote Ridge. The trailhead is at an opening in the fence near the end of Coyote Ridge.

The trail was beautiful however getting to the parking lot was a hassle and if there are no permanent or marked spots.... It's just an open dirt road, and you park on the side of it. The entrance is marked well and is very cool
