I had a 1.5 hour first time massage with Kayla. She did an excellent job and paid particular attention to my shoulders as I requested. She answered my questions and Iwas pleased with quality of massage and amount of pressure which made for a wonderful experience.... more
Nice casual vibe with dedicated friendly staff. Small but has most everything you need. Not usually too busy except around 5pm..My wife is a power lifter and I am into CrossFit. They had everything we both needed and a very helpful staff to boot.... more

Renewed membership only to go back the next day to discover the doors were padlocked. The place went out of business and there is no way to get a refund for a prepaid membership! In addition, this place has been getting more and more dirty to the point that the floors, in the corners, in between machines etc is covered in hair, dust etc.... more
