Nice casual vibe with dedicated friendly staff. Small but has most everything you need. Not usually too busy except around 5pm.
My wife is a power lifter and I am into CrossFit. They had everything we both needed and a very helpful staff to boot. It has a hometown gym feel while having quality equipment. Highly recommend.
You can already tell the new management genuinely cares about this place. Keith and his wife are already making long overdue upgrades, and making it feel like a second home again.
We all know the them on a first name basis, we see them every time we come in to work out (and some times even get to work out with them!) and better yet they know us by our names too, and care about our families. We're not just "membership numbers" or dollar signs to them.
Him and his wife even sat and not only watched but cheered us on while we all deadlifted last night!. What a fantastic feeling to be supported by the owners. Something you won't get anywhere else.
Come and check them out whether you've been a member before and left, or need a new gym to call home, you won't regret it. Kieth and his wife have their customers best interests in mind and so many of us are already excited for what's to come.

Absolutely amazing gym! Staff is helpful and friendly, the equipment is new and nice! And each area is sectioned off perfectly followed by cold water and cold a/c! Would recommend to anyone!
So far, so good. First thing I liked was the wall when you walk in that separates the entrance from the gym. Your workout is much more private that way. It does have that "old school gym" feel, which is the point but it is much more relaxed than other gyms I've been to. I don't feel the intimidation factor as much here. They have a decent amount of cardio equipment to warm you up on also. I haven't tried their classes yet, as I have two gym memberships on opposite sides if town. The other things they offer I haven't looked into are the smoothie bar and personal training.... That might be that last star I'm looking for. Personal training is just that..... Personal! So I'm picky but I have faith. This gym has provided pretty much everything else we needed to this point!

Excellent staff! Very friendly and informative. Mike the owner is more than helpful with advice and encouragement. The gym is top notch, serious workout facility with different types of training for different needs. This is the type of gym I have been looking for.

I have been very happy with my gym membership at Westside Total Fitness! The staff is always friendly, the cardio machines are great, and I especially like the fans on the treadmills. The weight machines are awesome, and the selection of classes is fantastic!

Was very nervous about being there. Most people are friendly. My zumba instructor Lauri is so great. She greets everyone makes everyone feel welcome. My kick boxing instructor Angie is great as well.

It's a gym for real people who want to work out not a frufru day spa to sit around and gossip or sit on your phone as you pose and pretend to work out. We just wish they had a spin class that would be great! Other then that, if you are looking for a real down to earth gym ti seriously work out at this is the place.

Excellent place to go and work out. Really pleasing atmosphere. And they will get you doing very good and efficient training. Highly recommend them.
The girls in child care are always super friendly and great with the kids. They have quality clean equipment too. I only gave it 4 stars instead of five because they relocated and I have to drive past my house on the way to the gym after work.
They do not have a rowing machine, but there are an excessive number of ellipticals and uncomfortable stationary bikes.
If you could describe the perfect gym!! this place is better. Amazing staff, top notch equipment you wont find in any other gym, this place is going to be legendary!!
Have been a member here for a long time. Loving their new location. Always plenty of room to work out. Equipment is kept clean and staff always greet you when walking in the door.
The gym closed it doors and moved without any notice. I loved the location and was sad that I never received advance warning. They have nice equipment and their teachers are awesome. It might make the extra distance worthwhile.

The equipment is well maintained and good quality and they provide sanitizer wipes to use on the equipment once you are done to keep it clean as well. Jeremy Wright is an excellent trainer who has me on my path to my goals and I am seeing results. He knows his stuff and truly cares about his clients and what they are after. He remembers my story and what I am trying to accomplish and has everything all planned out so I get in there, work out and get my results. Customer service there is excellent too and they are right on top of any questions or concerns. I love it.

great gym great staff they just need MORE SQUAT RACKS besides that the gym is 10/10. they clean the equipment. bathrooms are clean. the staff helps you if you have questions. just a great place

Small but has all the equipment you need. They have a variety of classes with knowledgeable teachers. All the staff are friendly.
