Custom service from Hell !!
I forgot to bring my 5 days trial pass. Instead of checking their file and find my name. The staff won't let me in.
So i requested to watch Zumba class from outside for few minutes .
The guy at the front desk name Mario said,
"OK, but if you get into the class , we will remove you from the class. "
I was extremely shocked. I thought, wow, he assumed i was going to steal the class.
After i observed the class for 2 minutes,. On the way out ,
I gave the duo feedback about being nicer to customer.
Mario was very defensive and unkind,
The girl KC defended him, "NO, he didn't say he'll call police to remove people from class, he said, he'll personally remove you from the class
Then i called back to complain, the manager Randy even more abusive than the staff.
Randy the manager, didn't finish listening, he cut me off and started to attack me.
"Ya, i heard about the incident. You can't just take free classes, you need to pay. "
WTH, Randy, what are you talking about, i have 5 days free pass.
Randy continued pounding on me to defend his staff.
"You can't go club to club within LA FITNESS, everyone pays."
WTH, Randy, this is the first time i'm in any LA FITNESS. what are you talking about.
Then he admitted he only have one side story from Mario.
If you are overweight; old and Asian. Don't go.
I'm all three. They treated me like i'm sub-human.
This LA FITNESS Chandler Dobson location offers "customer service from hell". I don't wish this experience upon anyone.
