Tia is amazing! She is knowledgeable, motivating, and passionate about her work. She helps you to set goals and gets you there, while at the same time helping you to be realistic. She truly pushes you to new levels. I joined up with her 30 Day Challenge and saw amazing results. Not only had she helped to restore my confidence but she gave me the tools for this kind of change to be sustainable. Looking forward to working with Tia in the future!

Tia is awesome and an amazing trainer! She not only has thorough knowledge of technique and mechanics but is also super knowledgeable about nutrition. She is motivating but in a very encouraging way. Loved doing her 30 day challenge !!

This gym is great overall - clean, friendly staff, and plenty of cardio equipment (I never have to wait for a machine). My only complaint is that they keep the smaller free-weights (1-5 lbs.), resistance bands, and medicine balls locked up. I am a petite female, and this equipment is a major part of my routine. I don't usually shower at the gym, but the locker rooms are clean, and I would have no problem using them. As I woman, I also appreciate the lack of male attention I receive here. The smoothie/coffee bar is also very good.

Just completed my second 30 Day Challenge with Tia and, one thing is for sure, she never disappoints. This is all remote and she has challengers from all over the place!! I'm from Columbus, OH myself. The workouts can be completed at any fitness level but you always want to push yourself to get to that next level for the sake of competing with the other challengers.

I've also worked with Tia to help develop a lifting program for the Hilliard Bradley Track and Field team and we have seen amazing gains!! I look forward to continuing to work with Tia in the future!!

I just did my first 30 day challenge with FitPro and it was so much fun! It was structured well enough to challenge every fitness level, with or without a gym. Trainer Tia is so supportive and pushes you to do better, because she knows that you can. I will definitely be participating in many more challenges, and look forward to working with Tia!

I recently participated in the Fit Pro 20 day challenge and it was great! It was highly encouraging. You do what you can do, but there is a lot of motivation to complete the workouts, eat healthier and encourage other participants. I have never felt stronger or healthier!

I have been an athlete all my life, playing soccer at a collegiate level and competing in Triathlons for the past 9 years. These past 8 months, working with Tia, doing the 30 Day Challenges and Team Training I have noticed a huge difference in my strength, physique, and mentally I am a better athlete. Tia is the consummate professional. With a devotion to technique she gives you all of her time when you are with her. Her eyes are never wandering around the gym while you finish your reps. Her encouragement is one of the reasons I have stuck with her for years. She is a great motivator. Lastly - the 30 day challenges are incredible way to find a community of support and turn bad habits into great ones!!

Tia is awesome! I've done 3 of FitPro's 30 day challenges now and have improved both in strength and physique. Tia is a great trainer and has taught me technique and routines that are easy to apply in my own workout routine. She is no nonsense and you will work hard but it will be well worth it!
