Employees are always cleaning even if they seen that you juss cleaned a machine that u juss got done with. Plays good music for you to hear something if you forget to bring your earphones/headphones. Every machine I've used always worked great

Great staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. Machines are usually available but even during the busy times people are friendly and willing to share. What are you waiting for!? Go get your Fitness ON!

There is only one bad thing about this location. It is super busy at night and that is normally when I go. Overall, the staff is friendly, the location is super clean and the people are very supportive.

The equipment's were to my expectations... and I found there's stretching equipment's too. Since my mother d idnt want to use the shower, all I can say is that the shower was nice n relaxing. Just bring your own towel and bath supplies, and if you want to, they have a refillable canteen. There are lockers for you to use too. Well I like being there on my days off. If I'm bored at home, I'll go with my parents to spend time with them, to keep them company. So, I'll be going on my days off . But I'll go with my dad next time.

Great gym and staff are really friendly and helpful in case that anything happens. Great location and it's a 24/7 ghm so you can go at any time

It doesnt matter what time you come in. If its empty or crowded. There is enough to jump on and start working out!! OH and I love the massage beds!

No issues. I get welcomed each time and quick check in. The equipment seems to in good order. I've had two machines that seemed off but not horrible and I may say something one day.

Just have to say Read Read Read your contracts. Anything that you get told by them have written and signed with date because honestly their word isn't worth much. Moving past the deceit and their shameful tactics, the gym is fairly small. Stations constantly needing to be fixed. The only reason we went here was due to location and although this one was not the worst PF in the valley, if it were not walking distance I would not recommend.

I love going to this gym. The staff is always friendly, even when its busy. The gym is clean and organized, no matter what time of day it might you go in.

Just loved this gym. If you are looking to quickly get in shape, then this is the best place! Cannot wait to get results. Looking ahead to seeing what all more they have to offer. Amazing, friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you are looking out for a gym without "gym intimidation" it is the place!

This is one of the cleanest gyms I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly (never uptight, stuck up or too busy talking to each other) and gets the job done. There are ample machines, weights and massage tables. Great place!

So I am planning on purchasing a membership at a local gym for myself and son. I signed up for a free 1 day pass at Planet Fitness and attempted to do the same for my 17 year old. The system gave me an error message. When I went in at 9pm, I had no problem checking in with my pass however the assistant manager said I had to pay $20 for a day pass for my son. I explained that I had attempted to also sign him up for the free day pass and she stated that I still needed to purchase a $20 day pass and that she would credit it towards a membership fee. I then kindly explained that I wanted to try the gym out as did my son before I committed to a membership. She didn't even offer a tour of the facilities just repeated that I needed to purchase a 20 day pass for him and I explained to her that I would be paying for both memberships so really it was important for me to get a tour and he should be included as we would be joining as a team. Clearly she could careless, I commented please have a member of your senior management contact me if you even remotely are intrested in our business . I even explained that LA Fitness allows a week guess pass. And I had yet to go to LA Fitness because I wanted to try planet fitness 1st to see if it would work for us. Again she could care less So clearly this gym has more than enough members

Visit while it's empty, it's sanitary and in good condition. Visit while it's packed and you best believe the staff are making sure everything stays that way. I went here twice on two different types of occasions (sunday morning, Wednesday night) but everything is the same and all staff are great.

I just wanted to take the time to share how great of an experience I've had with planet fitness. I just recently signed up and I met my personal trainer today, Veronicka, and I'm very excited to work out with her next week. She was very welcoming and easy to get along with, just like all the employees that are staffed. People always take the time to write negative comments but I just wanted to share my positive experience after coming in today and meeting with my trainer. I'm excited for this journey with Planet Fitness.

One of the rules is to clean the equipment after using which is fine. But the equipment parts that aren't cleaned by clients are so dirty and full of dust. So I doubt that staff cleans them fully, yet they have bottles of spray for us to clean. It should be cleaned completely not just the parts that we as clients clean. Also when I started I never got a tour of the place and the staff don't check up on clients to make sure they are understanding the machine their working out on. Example; A lady came into the circuit area and had no clue what she was doing nor where to change the weight of the equipment. I asked her did they not go over these with you and of course she said no, so I as a client showed her so she didn't end up hurting herself! Staff are too laid back = lazy at least when I go that's what I see.

Planet Fitness is a great place and I love their mission! No complaints about the company itself in fact I love it there and the staff is always very welcoming and helpful! But the managers are very secluded with each other and never help their employee's unless asked or unless they have been forced into it; and they're customer service is not good at all and are very short and unforgiving with members. I have observed that the managers have no respect towards the employees and are very harsh. Often times I have overheard very inappropriate conversations at the front desk between the managers. The management needs fixing but other than that all of the employees are very helpful and kind and the gym is always in top condition!

- 3 stars due to the somewhat rude staff, they typically do not welcome me or wish me a good day when I leave. It wouldn't matter to me that much as I don't really expect good customer service anywhere anymore but it's hard not to take it personally when they tell the person leaving right before you to have a good day but are completely silent when you walk by. I don't do anything other than walk on the treadmill and leave, they always have plenty of those, it's inexpensive and close to home so I'll continue to go and chalk up their rudeness or selective friendliness to a lack of training. Would be a five star review if the staff were friendlier.

Planet Fitness-Laveen is an awesome place to work out. The entire staff is always eager to help, especially Brooklyn. If you ever have the opportunity to be greeted by Brooklyn, you will see what I mean. She has positive energy and always very friendly. It is very easy to have an exciting work out experience when the staff is so friendly. Highly recommended.

Brooklyn by far is the best example of what an outstanding employee can represent. She always welcome guest into the gym with a warm inviting smile on her face. And is engaging and encouraging in her conversation before I start my work out every time. If only there were more Planet Fitness employees like Brooklyn. She is a great representation of what good customer service is, it's sad there's only a rare few people like her in the working world. Pleaseeeee hire more employees like her.

New location - very busy at times but there is never a line for the massage chairs or water jet beds.
Cleaning sprays and towels are never out.
Clean.
Crowd here is of many ages and sizes.
Staff is polite but can be busy with so many members at peak times.

This review is simply based on first impressions & an OUTSTANDING employee named, Brooklyn. I'd just signed up for a new membership online today & wanted to stop in to see the facility. My husband & I walked in about 9:15 tonight; the line was almost out the door. Brooklyn (flying solo) was welcoming, friendly & professional with every customer. I also need to add there was a (appeared to be transient) gentleman that had requested her to call 911 as he thought he was having a stroke. Throughout all of the people checking in, purchasing beverages, phones ringing, assisting the gentleman, etc.; Brooklyn kept her calm professional demeanor. If this one employee is an example of this business, you're doing something right! GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE!
