I love this gym! They have everything that you could ever need to get a good workout for what you pay for. I also love the option of having a steam room to relax after a workout.

What I like the must is Zumba!! ALEX!!! is the best instructor. He gives us a lot of motivation and transmits a lot of positive energy with his personality and dance. Hes is always happy, and always receives you with a smile at the gym 94 ave Camelback. Thank you so much Alex helped me a lot with my depression, I lost my son 2 years ago and would not want anything, and now with Alex gives me that motivation to continue enjoying music and life. :)

Always clean. Staff is nice. Love that they have a daycare. My trainer works with my schedule and keeps my work outs fun!

There's every piece of workout machinery here you could imagine. They also offer personal training and do Zumba type class thing every day. The price is good to. O ya that have a pool,a sauna and a steam room. This is the 1st gym like this I've been to but I think it's a really nice place

I really like this gym. It has a pretty nice atmosphere and what makes it better is that membership is super affordable.

I'm not sure if people come to the gym to look at walls and complain or to work out ? I'm a resident in Hollywood FLorida and been here for 1 week visiting and I love the place and beutiful woman employed here are A plus ! The machines were clean , bathrooms were clean ,and all employees were super friendly and ready to answer any questions I had . Great job

Prices are competitive with other popular franchises.
Very large facility with new looking equipment.
You get what you pay for in my opinion. Not much assistance if your English speaking though. Trying to find a trainer and dietician still.

First off this is not my home club, but I have the Limecard so I thought I would try it out. My cousin lives nearby & I recommended to her she try Youfit since I love my home club so much. However I've never been to this location so I told her I would try it out first before she signs up. My visit was extremely disappointing to say the least.

The location at 96th & Camelback is disgusting. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was that the walls & ceiling were filthy. Scuffs on the walls & dust caked on to vents and pipes on the ceiling. I walked straight to the women's locker room and it was instantly hot, the AC in there must have been broken, there was an industrial fan set up inside against the wall blowing around the hot air. I'm assuming the ceiling fans were broken too since they weren't running. Multiple sinks and soap dispensers were broken.

There is a vast amount of equipment however there is way too much for the space they have. Most equipment is sitting super close together, which isn't going to restrict someone from using assisted machines but will definitely hinder a decent workout for someone using the free weights. The benches are too close together & if that area is full then you aren't going to be able to just push stuff out of the way. There really is no area with a good amount of space to do lunges, dead lifts or walking shoulder raises. The weights are two different brands mixed in which throws off the aesthetics. All the equipment is super dirty. Honestly there is no way that they ever get wiped down.

A lot of equipment is broken. There are "out of order" signs every where, including the pool and sauna so I wasn't even able to try those out.

I have never been more uncomfortable in any gym before than here at this location. It was extremely hard to get through my workout. I ended up only being there for 45 minutes and I couldn't take it anymore and left.
What is the point of having the Limecard to go to other locations if they aren't going to live up to the same standards of Home club I signed up at and frequently work out at. The location I work out at is Tatum & Greenway & I've never felt the way I feel about the 96th & Camelback one. Not even close. My gym is clean. The District managers need to do some more thorough surprise inspections or something because obviously the facility managers aren't cutting it.
Very dissatisfied. I will not recommend this location to anyone.

Great facility with a lot to offer. No matter if your starting your journey to a healthier life or you've been at it for a long time, this place meets your needs! Staff is great, very clean, and fun classes.

It's a good gym. It has great equipment and also has a sauna and pool. The reason why I rate it 2 starts is because the gym is dirty. The locker room smells like someone died there.

The employees including the trainers just walk past the restrooms even when there is NVER no tissue in the stalls . Treadmills are always broken too. Thinking about changing gyms after 3 years .

It's a gym that was bought out by You Fit, so the equipment is nice clean and new which is a plus and for 10 bucks it is hard to go wrong. Do not go here if you plan to go with your significant other where you may want to help each other. They do not let you workout when they feel as though you are "training "each other or trying to help one if you get back into shape or comfortable with the equiptment. You Fit trainers or the "personal training manager" more specifically, want you to spend money on someone to sit there and count for you as they have hands in pockets , no way to keep track of your current training session or socialize . This so called manager really has no idea of how to be a trainer, manager or business person. We canceled on the spot as this is not the kind of place or environment to promote a positive workout.

And just very inconsiderate over all. Dont worry management. Ill do your employees work for them. EVERY time in in this gym its hide and go seek with dumbbells. No one racks their weights on barbells/smith machines/preacher curls. Everything is cramped. But hey, theres a saltwater pool. Oh, thats not salt water. If all you wanna do is Zumba classes, great, nice locker rooms. Waiting for EOS to open.

Love this gym!! Ever since I first came here, its been my favorite!! They have daycare, classes and great equipment!! Trainers are awesome and overall its just a clean, well taken care of gym!!

I am appalled at the unprofessionalism of the "Manager" Mike I called because I needed to cancel my membership due to distance I wasn't rude at all, he told me I had to pay a $10 cancellation fee and if the next 10 days my payment was due I was still responsible for it, I didn't complain or make a fuss then he said he'd check when my upcoming payment was. He then told me he was going to put me on hold, I said ok, then he LEFT ME ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES then hung up . How Rude. I never write bad reviews this is literally my first one I work in sales and customer service and I can't believe a manager would act like this. The Zumba is awesome but I don't recommend this place at all.*Update they charged me $40 to cancel

Waiting for equipment from Tolleson gym to arrive, hopefully the Tolleson workers will come too. Was ignored my first time at new facility. 2 people up front one on phone, another talking to friend. Asked the one talking to a friend where are the elliptical machines and he said idk. Never offered to give me tour or help find the machine I was looking for. I'll give you one more chance before I cancel. Tolleson front desk could teach camelback location a lot about customer service. I really hope for a grand reopening where they offer tours of facility once new equipment arrives. I look forward to taking classes

Iv'e had a membership here since 2014...but will be cancelling. When you first sign up you are basically pressured into signing up for personal training. The employees failed to go over the payment details and was under the impression that for both my mom and I it would be $450 for us combined. It came out to be $450 each!! Once you sing the paper there is no way of getting out of it. It is also very packed and employees are always sitting at their desks "working" while on their cell phones. I have yet to see any employees walk by to clean equipment or even ask how I am doing. Honestly planet fitness is more friendlier than this place. I do not recommend this gym.

I must say, shame on you if you don't understand how gym membership agreements work or if you think you are untitled to a refund because you can't or won't workout. You'll surely see your way back to a gym next January. Lol.

My review- This gym has the basic equipment needed. Most of the equipment is in bad shape, but it works. Lots of cardio machines are usually down, but there are always functional ones available. It appears that less than $0.00 are spent on maintenance and upkeep. Some people do slam weights, but that happens at every gym. Some people don't re-rack weights, but that happens at every gym. Some people do look ghetto but that's probably me. Some people do have mean looks on their face, again, probably me. But we should not mistake intense focus with mean. The pool area is pretty dirty, the signs inside the gym are ridiculous. The main clock has been broken for months. The windows at the main entrance are covered with spider webs. All that being said, their group Fitness program is second to none. They will get you into shape if you are consistent. It has a colt-like following. Lots of great people train there and they they are willing to help you. Lots of really cool and down to earth employees. I have made a lot of gains and friends at this gym over the years. It's a community gym. Stop complaining and/or looking for excuses. Get your lazy ass to the gym 6 days per week for the next 5 years. Then maybe you will have earned a right to complain about a gym.

Been coming here for the past three weeks . (We usually come in late afternoon & late evening )For some reason a lot of people wear blue jeans for their work out..OK? There's dumbbells and free weights on the floor everywhere and I've yet to see anyone in management that walks the floor and checks on people ...people slam weights down on the floor and I guess that's OK to do here because employees in the office area are usually just playing on their cell phones. I realize it's not the most classy professional neighborhood and it's only $10 or something a month But if you're OK with this then have at it.

People don't put the weights back in the right place and just leave it anywhere. Once there were dumbbells by the ab workout machines, and you'll often find a 50lb where a 20lb should be. Oh well, at least it's clean and cool

Don't sign up, they get you try to get you into personal training and then don't tell you the fine print. I received 0 paperwork about signing up and when I went to cancel before they scheduled my first session was told that cancellations can only be done within 3 days of signing up. Now I can't even cancel my membership without paying $480 for training I never received, plus now I'm being forced to continue to pay for a membership that I can't afford. So as it was explained by them unless I pay everything they won't close the account for God knows how long.... Shady and uncaring associates that don't care what issues night be going on that force you to cancel.
