I want to give a shout-out to Lori, Lauren, and Cole. They are excellent coaches!!! I am older, and they are SO encouraging, patient, and kind. They are extremely motivating as well, my whole experience at OTF was positive, thanks to their hard work!!! Also, the office staff at this facility is superb. They are all so friendly and accomodating. I recommend Dana Park OTF to anyone in the area!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Positive environment, with a genuinely welcoming staff. You instantly feel comfortable and excited about working out. The workouts push you and then push you a little extra.

Love this studio!! From Lori to Madi to Roman to Cole they are great. They always have great office staff too. They remember your name and also always asking about your personal life including job and family. I actually enjoy working out with these people. Great studio even better people!!!

OTF is amazing. It is the best one hour workout. I have been a member for almost 2 years. The workouts accommodate all fitness levels and challenge you to be the best. I never have to plan a workout. Their workouts are always different and keeps me improving. I cant say enough about the coaching staff. They are amazing!

The front staff was friendly and nice, but being that this was my first visit to this studio, they forgot to program my heart rate monitor. I realized that 5 minutes into class, and 5 minutes too late. Secondly, the instructor, Alli, was completely dismissive and not the least bit personable. I'm struggling with a shoulder injury, and instead of inquiring to see what was going on with my form, I was reprimanded and instructed to correct my form, while the other half of the class also had the incorrect form, but were not corrected. I'd recommend attending this studio, but with a different instructor. First impression for me, 1 out of 5 stars.

After feeling overwhelmed by the traditional gym, I decided to give this a try and I am so glad I did. The workouts just fly by and the instructors are the best.

The trainers Jordan and Zach are awesome. Alli is super helpful as always. I like the workouts that move so the times go more quickly.

When thinking of why OT Fitness works for me, I came up with 5 reasons: 1. The energy and enthusiasm of the coaches! 2. The fact the staff and coaches know my name. 3. The accountability. 4. The varying workouts. 5. The variety of available timeslots.

Overall, OrangeTheory FItness is a great place to get in an excellent workout! Check them out today!

It feels like having a personal trainer in a group setting. The employees are upbeat, helpful, and enthusiastic. They motivate me to get a great workout every time.

The workout was decent, but I did not like how hard the sales rep pushed me at the end to sign a contract even though I told her I was visiting from out of town .

Amazing staff! They set the tone and make sure you are motivated throughout your entire workout. They remember your name they follow up with you and most importantly they all have great attitudes! Highly recommend!

I love that it offers a variety each day and allows for cardio/weight training in the same workout. The trainers are amazing and they care about the success of us. I have found a fit family in Orangetheory and am grateful to have discovered this gym.

I liked the group aspect of it. Having other people there who are working hard kept me motivated and on track. The coaching aspect was also great because I didn't have to keep checking my exercise list because the coach would let us know what do no next. Also, having our targets on the TV was super helpful.

This place was AMAZING until I blew out my knee..... then the trouble began! Apparently it is super easy and quick to sign up.... BUT.... I have been attempting for two weeks to cancel my membership! Two weeks of leaving messages and talking to several people stating I want to CANCEL my membership until I get my knee fixed! Two weeks of phone calls from the same employees ( I told I wanted to cancel) calling to tell me my membership payment was not going through because I was smart enough NOT to put money in the account for them to take even though I CANCELED! Be careful when signing up because trying to cancel your membership is like trying to pull teeth from a lion with rabies.

I LOVE Dana Park Orange Theory. The trainers are motivating, knowledgable, and high-energy. They continue to push me to my limits every workout. Not a single workout is ever the same and I'm never bored!

If you need motivation and accountability, this place is definitely worth the money. If you suffer from gym-intimidation as I do, don't worry! You can go at your own pace, nobody is paying any attention to what you can't do, and the trainers are super helpful and supportive. I used to go to the gym and try to figure out what I was going to work on, or research plans ahead of time. Here, I just show up and it's all ready planned out for me! It's efficient and effective. Do it!

OTF breaks all the exercises down into short spurts, which keeps the workout from getting boring because you're constantly doing something different. In addition, breaking the workout down into short segments encourages you to push harder than you might otherwise on your own. You think, "I can do anything for two minutes" and the next thing you know, you have! Short segments also makes the time go faster and I'm always pleasantly surprised when the hour is over. The heart monitor is also a boon, even though it was a separate purchase. This way if you're getting out of breath and see that you're in a high "orange" zone, you can lower your speed or the treadmill incline or the number of reps you do on the floor exercises and still burn calories and get splat points. The heart monitor is a great way to make adjustments to your workout as you go so you don't burn yourself out by exhausting yourself when you don't need to, while still getting all the benefits of a good workout.

I love orange theory but didn't feel compelled to write review until today. I took my 17 year old in to try a class hoping he would like. He put on alot of weight after he quit high school football. I can't even tell you how amazing he was treated by instructor Jordan and a 2nd instructor there.

They made sure he was on task and gave him that needed attention and had a great inspirational chat with him after class. My son left excited and motivated and with a vision of getting his ideal body.

I already loved OT and thought they were all great but today was especially great because they made my 17 year old feel like he was the most important client there! And I genuinely felt that Jordan is invested in my son's goals.

Signed him up and he is so excited to start!
