The Foundry has changed my life!- Not an understatement. Dedicating time for myself has been something my body has been craving and I now have a place where both my body and soul get rest. The variety of classes are an added benefit. The teachers are first-rate and dedicated to your wellbeing. Thank God for this studio. Hope I can do this for my lifetime.

The Foundry is an amazing yoga studio! They offer a nice variety of classes, and all the instructors are so upbeat and personable, and they give great suggestions for adjusting the posture. Bonus: It's a welcoming environment for all shapes and sizes.
I have been going to The Foundry for almost a month and I can say hands down that I am OBSESSED. All of the instructors have been so kind and every class has been an incredible workout - I leave feeling more calm, at peace, and it has some of the best classes I have ever gone to. As someone who deals with anxiety and chronic neck pain, I can say hands down that The Foundry has helped tremendously me in both realms and I have already signed up for next month's membership. THANK YOU to everyone at The Foundry (Tempe/Mesa Location) for creating such an incredible, healing workout studio!
Great place, great service and you feel like you are part of a community. The location in Old town just replaced the floors too and its amazing! Definitely come and join a class!

So clean it looks brand new. The staff is super friendly and extremely welcoming. Only con is the space is a little small so come early for a good spot.

I am at an age where arthritis has become an unwelcome companion. My daughter suggested I try Hot Yoga. It took a few days to adjust to the heat but my 68 year old body loves it. Everyone at Bikram Yoga - Mesa Riverview was so welcoming and encouraging.
I love that the emphasis is on listening to your body so each session is just right for where your body is that day. Some days I may just rest through several of the posture but I always leave feeling so much better. Besides feeling energized, Hot Bikram Yoga has increased my flexibility, my balance, and the decrease in arthritic pain allows me to enjoy everyday activities. It is lovely to feel so good again.

First time doing Bikram Yoga. I took advantage of their New Student Special for 2 weeks unlimited classes for $25. Such a great deal to do if you're just getting started and want to try things out.
I'll admit that the first day was very difficult but the instructor was very welcoming and made me feel positive throughout the class. I left feeling so refreshed and energized.
It definitely gets easier if you go on a regular basis.
They have great monthly specials and deals if you sign up for their email newsletters. :)
