I work out at Peak Results Fitness and we regularly refer clients there. I love their friendly, no-judgement atmosphere and the fact that workouts are always changing, challenging, and fun. We like to refer our massage/bodywork clients to PRF because they are focused on functional movement and can help people get strong and fit without getting hurt. Additionally, PRF's skilled and experienced trainers are really good at working with people that have chronic conditions like arthritis or who are recovering from injuries. ~ Amy Horn, owner

Peak Results Fitness is the only fitness program I've been able to stick with. They're encouraging, but also know how to challenge me in just the right way. I've been working out for over two years, and it's never boring. Workouts change monthly and my body is always challenged. I've lost some weight (about 20 lbs), but more importantly, I've lost about 4 dress sizes, and I'm more fit and strong than I've been in my adult life!
