Such an amazing group of instructors and students. Not like any other martial arts school that I have ever been to. Focus is on learning and execution of skills. There is something for all skill, age and fitness levels.

Lol...Google really needs to have a 0 star option because that's what Gilbert Martial Arts deserves. Cole Williams was intrusive and overbearing during our trial period trying to get us to sign up to be full members. She wouldn't let you just enjoy watching your child learn, she had to sit next to you and keep hounding you to "enroll now for the discounted price. It's only available for the first 3 weeks." In any case, my husband and I must have attended more lessons where the main focus was on cardio exercises rather than martial arts. My son was new and he received the briefest of directions when introducing a move he did not know. No follow up and they would often say good job when he wasn't grasping it. Granted there were other kids they had to pay attention to, but he learned little martial arts while attending. Our introductory lessons also started mid week and I was penalized for not being able to select from another day from the first week. Cole William's counted our lessons individually in order to continue hounding us to become members, meaning to consider us for the 3rd week of lessons, she said she was "counting our lessons individually" and when we decided not to become members, she went back to counting the weeks, without informing us, of the intro period and suddenly our lessons were done. I rescheduled twice and was never told I would lose those lessons, that's pretty dirty business especially in my emails I said I would reschedule. Perhaps, that would have been a good time to say "Oh there is no rescheduling for the following week." It should not be surprising, a lot of companies are always nicer to you when they are vying for your money, but when it's no longer beneficial for them they cut customer service and all ties. Sad place. Also, someone who is Japanese and can speak Japanese...I was not impressed by their lack of pronunciation and the level of quality martial arts.
