I contacted Chris at Atlas in regards to a personal trainer who I paid for sessions with, who was then terminated from the gym. I had contacted the trainer and received no reply, and so I finally reached out and left a message for the staff at Atlas. Chris's wife reached out that night and I was very impressed that they were so quick, she gave me Chris's number and said to reach out to him to get everything figured out.
I messaged Chris the next day to see how they can help, per the phone conversation the night before. I sent him all of my text messages showing the personal trainer cancelling, schedule that was supposed to happen, and amount that I paid to this trainer. He said that he would talk to his guys to see about working something out since I paid and received a quarter of the training promised.
The discussion with Chris happened on January 7th, I reached back out January 22nd to check in and heard nothing. It is now January 28th and it is silent. I have not received a refund or any makeup sessions with a different trainer as discussed. I am very reasonable and willing to work things out with what they can do to help me, but I am disappointed that I received no update and no messages back on this subject.
At the very minimum, I expect to receive an answer - my advice, spend your hard earned money at a gym that actually follows up, cares about clients that come to their facility, and doesn't hire people who can't be trusted.

This is a great clean and private facility. The trainers have a wealth of knowledge and dedication to client and craft. Whether you are on a mission to loose weight, are an enthusiast, prepping for a show, or just want to get back in shape, they WILL get you there. The trainers and their methodologies are very dynamic and effective. I am a former U.S. Marine and these guys know how to bring the pain! Get Some! Love these guys.

Beautiful new gym with top notch trainers! If you are looking for a change or a challenge give Atlas a try! Great for any skill levels. I train there and I also take my teenage son. We both love it. I had a great "leg day" today there!

If you want a clean facility, convenient location, and knowledgeable trainers who are dedicated, motivated, and care about their clients, this is the place for you! I've trained since they opened, and while I don't enjoy change, this new facility has helped me for the better. I trust the trainers to guide me and hold me accountable.

My son's baseball team (7-8 yr olds) did an hour session here. They were great with the kids and challenged them well. It's a little pricey but that shows in the quality of the training and the unkept of the facility, it's really nice.

Awesome place to train! They will help you achieve any goal and will challenge you. It's located right off the 202 freeway, easy access! I love working out at ATLAS!
