I love the energy at the studio. Safe and fun place to learn and be challenged. Recently added the karate classes to my repertoire - love it! A new challenge - mental and physical. Learning self defense and mental discipline at a pace structured for me.

If you're looking for a studio as a beginner or as advanced, it doesn't matter. Look no further than Fly Aerial Studio! The instructor is fantastic! You will feel comfortable and at ease right away! It's a fun, great workout!

I have only been twice but plan on coming this weekend and many times more! Kimberly is a great instructor that knows what's she's talking about and gives you the confidence you need especially for your first time in a swing, or if your first time doing anything yoga in general! I recommended it for a fun, relaxing and unique experience in the River Region.

Bright, sunny studio with bright, sunny teachers! It's a pleasure to practice here. They offer floor classes as well as aerial with yoga circus classes coming soon!

You will feel like a million bucks after you take an aerial yoga class here. Not only are the classes amazing, the owner/instructor (Kimberly) is the absolute best!! The environment is comfortable and you feel totally relaxed beginning to end. On top of all that, classes are super affordable. There is no place better than Fly Aerial Studio!

I have been once, and I plan to make it a habit! Kimberly is so kind and welcoming and it made the class such a joy to be in. Not to mention it is easy on your body, but man does it give you a good workout! Thanks for bringing such an awesome practice to Montgomery!
