Started going to try with a friend about 3yrs ago and absolutely loved it. I was a little hesitant because I was over weight, but once I started the weight began falling off and I gained confidence in myself again. So thankful for all the people there. Give it a try you won't regret it

It doesnt matter your size everything they teach can be modified to work for you! They have great customer service and work with you even when you need to take a break. This will continue to be a place where I can go regardless of life and find my center.
