Planet Fitness is amazing. I can come in with sweats and a t-shirt and not feel judged! Do you know how good that feels?! If your overweight or underweight it doesn't matter, these people make you feel like you belong! Its the atmosphere. And one of my favorites perks apart from their awesome workout equipment is, they have amazing tanning beds, hydro massage chairs and a total body enhancement machine! What's not to love?

You can't beat the hours that the gym is open for the price. The equipment is up to date. The staff are friendly. The equipment is clean. There is also an app that can pretty much render your workout log obsolete. The app lets you sign up for classes, track your workouts, and suggest alternative workouts. I have yet to try the massage chairs and other amenities but I'll get there! Love this place!

Lunch time has been super productive, like they said something it's better then nothing so I worked out about 30 to 40 minutes in my lunch hour during weekdays. Treadmill then elliptical feeling less stressed so it has helped. Progress!

Nothing g against this location or any other location I've visited because the staff have always provided excellent customer service and maintian the facility to a high standard appearance of cleaniless and etc, however, I choose to cancel myembership because planet fitness in general started drafting out more in payments than I've originally signed up for in mounthly fees. As also, the fact ACH draft are required us a turnoff. In addition to all that, I getting rid of so many free weights at all facilities has also turned me off. It was nice while it lasted, but I feel like I'm no longer getting my monies worth and getting shafted due to on a at least a couple occasions now getting payments drafted twice in a single month.

So the stars are for the facility and staff itself. However planet fitness "the brand" deserves 1 star rating. This isn't a gym its a fitness center only. I started at this fitness center June 2017 and now because I am ready to take my workouts past basic this facility or fitness center doesn't permit that. So many things are prohibited when it comes to multi purpose or multi use of equipment. Who wants to be limited? And I understand legal and safety reasons however other gyms allow this type of training without limits. Not to mention majority of the staff isn't physical fit. Maybe I've outgrown the basics and this gym. Time to cancel this membership and join another gym. Oh and this is problem me being picky but why is eco-friendly hand dryers in the bathrooms but your members use millions of napkins daily wiping equipment? Overall its a joke.

Facility is pretty clean and nice upgrades, but customer service is subpar. I literally felt bullied/threatened by guy moments ago at graveyard shift rushing me off hydro bed like I am looking for a place to sleep. Btw been gone for over 3months due to injury but STILL PAID ON TIME...Can this location afford a SCALE IN HERE. Really don't feel comfy working out here with that guy knowing my personal info in system the way he walked up on me like that. Feeling racially profiled as he approached me before the other day after I dozed off when stretching on hydro bed. Gym is not crowded during this time and nobody was waiting on the equip. Just be friendly and courteous...like I said it is not that serious. Been in customer service almost all my life...the things I witness. Smh

I started coming here a week ago... When I signed up the staff... Two young gentlemen... were very professional and courteous to me... I've never worked out before in my life... And since I've been there I've lost over 10 pounds... In 6 days.... it's just a nice quiet atmosphere and I look forward to going there every day... keep up the good work guys and gals!
