Awesome classes. Have been going since Opened . Have become stronger , more flexible and muscle elasticity & joint mobility have improved . Instructors pay very close attention to form and posture and corrects when needed.... more
My son is going there for Physical Therapy...they are great and very accommodating, taking school schedule and other activities into planning for PT.. Linley and Leslie do a great job and are just a joy to be around while pushing you to get stronger and rehabilitate.... more

I wish they would provide better services for the racquetballers....I guess if you like tennis...its ok. Beware....they charge your dues an additional $25 per month for a food allowance regardless if you use it or not.... more
Been going 3x a week for 8 years. Absolutely love it. The people who work there are knowledgeable and helpful, the equipment is new - if you pick your hours there's not a crowd. I'm in my early 70s and this is what I do for myself.... more
I have 2 children enrolled in the youth classes at Tiger Rock. I have been so excited and proud to watch them grow in their skills and confidences. Luke Blackburn is a great instructor who gives his all with the kids to help them achieve their goals and grow as the level up.... more
Great gym, plenty of equipment and best staff.. I went at different time , between 8 til 10 is a good time in the morning and no loud talk machines available and a great workout the staff is very friendly... more
The gym itself is very nice and the staff very helpful, except in one area. Members should be told up front their contract will be automatically renewed at the end of the contract. I have wasted 6 months gym time because my contract had "ended.... more
Amazing gym with caring coaches! I started in the 6 Week Challenge Class and stayed for a year and a half before having to mix up my life schedule with a new work position. I hope to get back there and lift heavy and lift healthy!.... more
Glad this pool was so close to my hotel, though that and the friendly front desk staff are the only reason it gets any stars at all. The pool room is too hot, including the water - it's an indoor pool, there's no reason to have the water so warm.... more
Awesome staff and equipment. Super inexpensive. Closes kind of early on the weekends, but overall a solid gym. The staff is very nice and professional. Very clean. Love it here. And for the price.... more
