I have 2 children enrolled in the youth classes at Tiger Rock. I have been so excited and proud to watch them grow in their skills and confidences. Luke Blackburn is a great instructor who gives his all with the kids to help them achieve their goals and grow as the level up. I have been very pleased with our experiences with Tiger Rock South and Luke Blackburn. I look forward to seeing my kids growing and maturing in their skills and all they will accomplish in the future! Proud Tiger Rock Mom!

This is a great martial arts studio. My son started a year ago as a cub and is now in the junior class. All the classes are great and amazing to watch. The students truly love and respect Mr. Blackburn. Once class begins, every student is focused and ready to learn. Each class has a good balance of learning and fun activities to keep the students engaged from beginning to end. I never had to drag my son to attend class. He's always excited to go.

Awesome place! My 5 year old daughter began a little over a year ago and has learned so much! Mr. Blackburn is great with the kids! No matter what the ages! I also have recently joined along with my daughter. Great fitness and an excellent instructor to lead me on my journey to black belt!

Great instructor that not only teaches the discipline of Martial Arts but the importance to listening and respect... Highly recommended over other Schools in the city

Very convenient location and more importantly a great new owner. It is worth driving past other martial arts studios to get to this one.

South Huntsville Tiger-Rock has been a powerfully positive experience for both me and my son. He is engaged in something worthwhile and I feel healthier than I have in years - I recommend it to any and everyone.

Fantastic location, atmosphere, and activity for all ages! I have known Mr. Blackburn for years and he is a wonderful combination of personable yet serious. You will be hard-pressed to find a place better than Tiger-Rock. Stop reading this review and give them a call, now!

Used to be good, but new main owner is immature. Examples of this...he has dipped chewing tobacco during class...we have heard him cuss...he has been heard joking to other teachers about some of the students...and he has favorite students in class. Not good examples for children. On top of this, prices have recently gone up. The school is also kept dirty.
We have noticed that many students have left in the last few months. We are thinking about leaving, too.
Also, about the other reviews here...two of them were left by the current owner and the old owner.
