Management is terrible. Gave me a refund and then two days later took out the same amount. Then charged me again in less than a month. The management blocked me on their Facebook pages after removing my comments asking a question. They then responded rudely on Facebook messenger and blocked me before I could respond again.
The staff is amazing & friendly. Always ready with a smile. The 20/30 Fast Track program is so much more than losing 20lbs in 30 days! My heartburn is gone, I have more energy, I'm sleeping better & more regularly, I am naturally happier on a daily basis. I've tried so many programs to loose weight...I was amazed when I lost 4+lbs after my first day of clean eating. If you are at the end of your rope, really should give this program a go. See you there!
Love this gym. Upkeep on equipment and facilities is good. Great personal training staff most always willing to answer questions.
The staff is also so helpful and informative whether asking about a meal plan or a workout regimen. Their trainers are very reasonably priced and the schedule can be flexed should you need to adjust your training times. They have virtually every kind of equipment you could want and classes galore. There is literally something for everyone to include child care so you never have to miss your workout.
I have been a member of this fitness center for 2 years. I have really enjoyed all they have the gym has to offer. They offer a variety of classes and I really enjoy the senior classes. The staff is always friendly and helpful. One of my favorite things to do is walk on their indoor track. This by far is the best gym around!
The front desk staff was terrible my daughter came to sign up today. Very poor customer service. Do gyms not show you a tour before they just take your money anymore. They acted like they just knew she couldn't afford it. She even told them she felt some tension and unwelcomed by their behavior they just said " Oh sorry you feel that way." Rude, short, snide and if I had proof I would almost say racist. She is still going as she was referred by a friend but it was..horrible.

Everyone is friendly & it has a great atmosphere. I go everyday, & I have always been satisfied with this place. They have a place inside where children of all ages can stay while the parent/parents,family member,etc works out or tans. The people that watch my children are always very sweet and wonderful with my kids. My kids actually look forward to go everyday!!

I've been a member of this health club for about 8 years and i love going. The staff are very friendly and the gym is always clean and well maintained.
My husband and I were hesitant cause my son has never been away from us, but the child care center is amazing! Very friendly staff, always updates us on him when we pick him up and he's always happy to go! My husband and I are able to workout for 1.5 hours everyday knowing our baby is safe and close by.
The only reason I joined last year is because they offered 5pm yoga. Fast forward 5 months, no more 5:00 yoga. I'm stuck in a contract for another year. I was offered hot yoga (with the additional cost of course), but due to the nature of my disability I cannot participate in hot anything. I was offered virtual yoga, I can do virtual yoga at home... for free. I was offered 8am yoga and I, like most Americans, am at work at 8am.

Great gym. I would give 5 stars but they replaced the Concept 2 rowers with ones that are nowhere near as good.
I am beyond thankful for my gym! 24/7 Health Club is truly my happy place and I look forward to every visit! I truly enjoy having the opportunity to show my spirit and inspire others in all my classes! But, I love how others inspire me. That is what this gym is about! Lots of fun classes and some of the best friends around!

Rude staff. A lady at the front desk was incredibly rude when I signed up to the gym. I came in at 11 on Saturday and they were supposedly closing at 12. She acted like she had no time to sign me up and I was keeping her. Ran my debit card many times saying it had declined. I called my bank and they said my card had not been frozen and it might be the gyms server messing up. I asked her if she would try it one more time and she rolled her eyes and shrugged and let out a big sigh like a child. Guess what? The card went though this time. All of this attitude 40 minutes before they close. I have no idea if they offer personal training or anything else. Nice equipment. Clean. Customer service has a very long way to go.
I have been a member of 5 or more gyms in Madison county , but 24/7 is my home , im down 30 lbs in the last few months , most of it diet but having a big gym with lots of equipment, clean environment, and ample dedicated and customer service driven staff members take all the other gyms out of the game !! If you are looking for a gym home I recommend 24/7
They don't separate tanning from a gym membership and they trap you into a ridiculous contract! I guess it's great if you're seeking to work out AND tan.
Always kept very clean and always a great personality from all the staff. Highly recommended to anyone in the area that is looking for a gym.

Excellent gym with motivating instructors as well as a wonderful community of people to help you reach your goals and classes for any level in your fitness journey. Truly will change your life and help you to be the best you can be for yourself and those in your life!
I left a gym where I got a free membership in order to start coming here and I have not regretted it for a second. You can't beat the price for what you get. The gym is HUGE (and clean!) so even when you pull up outside and the parking lot is full you still have space and equipment to workout.
A few great things they have that most gyms don't: a women's only room with a good bit of equipment in it and you can carry up the weights you need if they're not already in there but it's a really amazing option for women who may be nervous or overwhelmed to work out near many other people or guys, I love doing my abs in there. There is also a cardio theater where they play movies on a movie screen while you get your cardio on and they have an inside track which is great if you're tired of cardio on a treadmill. There are multiple benches and free bars as well as power/squat racks which is a very nice change from Smith-Machine's every where you look.
It's really a "you won't believe it until you see it" type of things. I absolutely love this gym and I wish I would have changed sooner.

Very clean place with a full schedule of different types of workouts. They even have a "Women's Only weight room . Top notch Security! I always feel safe anytime of the day or night.
The staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable at this gym. Highly recommend it to everyone
I have been a member for about two months now, and I love it. The staff members are very friendly, and were extremely helpful when I first got started. There are a lot of options for group exercise classes; I've taken both the spin classes and the BodyPump classes. All my instructors have been awesome :) And if you can't make the group classes (which is understandable...I wish they had a few later times), you can do the video classes through their kiosk.
Also, I really enjoy the coffee/smoothie bar. They have great flavors, and it's an easy way to add some extra protein to my day.
This has been a go to place for me for years! I love the classes they offer. I have become an avid fan of Zumba because of their instructors! The admin staff is always able to answer my questions. The fact it is 24 hours is great and I feel secure that to access the gym after hours, you need to do a fingerprint scan. While I don't have children, their child care center is clean and well staffed. I see a number of members that use that feature.
This gun has helped me stay on track with my health goals and I'm looking forward to many years to come.
