My son is going there for Physical Therapy...they are great and very accommodating, taking school schedule and other activities into planning for PT.

Linley and Leslie do a great job and are just a joy to be around while pushing you to get stronger and rehabilitate.

Can't say I love this place or they would get a big head! But I do and always leave satisfied and sore! At least for the adult classes, can't speak for the kids classes given I am over 40! Would highly recommend if you are just getting back into exercising! I love the dynamic warm up routine which is like a workout to me but I love the staff and classes!

Great place to train and workout. Place for all not just athletes, will make you better and reach that goal.

If you're an adult athlete, the Boot Camps are the best offering in Huntsville. You learn form and gain agility. Strength and weight loss are a given. D1 Boot Camp is the hardest workout, and the most rewarding. The groups are supportive, with an edge of competitiveness. They keep you on your toes and coming back for more. Thanks to D1, I placed first in my tennis league and have qualified to compete at the State level twice this year.

I've been through physical therapy and training with D1 Huntsville for just over two years combined now, and it's never been anything but fantastic. With respect to training, their focus on form/technique is essential to an athlete looking to progress without getting hurt. Their focus on an full-body athlete instead of strictly "mirror muscles" is a must for any athlete or any person looking to train properly. There's an even balance of cardio & weight work. The physical therapists knowledge and focus on helping active people, those wishing to be active, and those just wanting to be able to walk again is fantastic. Both have helped me focus in on what I need to get better and progress as an active person.

Killer work outs! Really creative workouts that keep you from feeling like your working out and getting bored. They have many different sessions throughout the day to fit almost anyone's schedule.
